Fox News and Democratic Political Analyst Kirsten Powers Loses Her Health Insurance

October 25, 2013 in Uncategorized

Kirsten Powers portraits by Len Spoden PhotographyThe following are our “Dear Leader” and “Deceiver in Chief” Barack Hussein Obama’s unmitigated lies: “It’s going to bring down skyrocketing costs. It’s going to save families money. It’s going to save businesses money. It’s going to save government money.” Megan Kelly: “That promise that “if you like your plan you can keep it . If you like your doctor you can keep him is not proving true for millions of Americans.” Daily Beast Columnist, Fox News Political Analyst, and Obama and Democratic Party staunch supporter, Kirsten Powers say, “Right!”

She goes on to say that she received the same letter as “everyone else” that her Health Insurance plan was being terminated and that in her exchange, if she wants to keep her $2500 deductible, her insurance will go from $160/ month to $300/ a month or an increase of  87.5% .

Germany’s Angela Merkel’s Call to our “Dear Leader”: Are you Bugging my Mobile Phone?

October 24, 2013 in Uncategorized

MerkelThe furore over the scale of American mass surveillance revealed by Edward Snowden shifted to an incendiary new level on Wednesday evening when Angela Merkel of Germany called Barack Obama to demand explanations over reports that the US National Security Agency was monitoring her mobile phone. Merkel was said by informed sources in Germany to be “livid” over the reports and convinced, on the basis of a German intelligence investigation, that the reports were utterly substantiated. http://youtu.be/Lqi3YIofp2A The German news weekly, Der Spiegel, reported an investigation by German intelligence, prompted by research from the magazine, that produced plausible information that Merkel’s mobile was targeted by the US eavesdropping agency. The German chancellor found the evidence substantial enough to call the White House and demand clarification.

The outrage in Berlin came days after President François Hollande of France also called the White House to confront Obama with reports that the NSA was targeting the private phone calls and text messages of millions of French people. While European leaders have generally been keen to play down the impact of the whistleblowing disclosures in recent months, events in the EU’s two biggest countries this week threatened an upward spiral of lack of trust in transatlantic relations. Merkel’s spokesman, Steffen Seibert, made plain that Merkel upbraided Obama unusually sharply and also voiced exasperation at the slowness of the Americans to respond to detailed questions on the NSA scandal since the Snowden revelations first appeared in the Guardian in June. Merkel told Obama that “she unmistakably disapproves of and views as completely unacceptable such practices, if the indications are authenticated,” Seifert said. “This would be a serious breach of confidence. Such practices have to be halted immediately.”

The sharpness of the German complaint direct to an American president strongly suggested that Berlin had no doubt about the grounds for protest. Seibert voiced irritation that the Germans had waited for months for proper answers from Washington to Berlin on the NSA operations. Merkel told Obama she expected the Americans “to supply information over the possible scale of such eavesdropping practices against Germany and reply to questions that the federal government asked months ago”, Seibert said. The White House responded that Merkel’s mobile is not being tapped. “The president assured the chancellor that the United States is not monitoring and will not monitor the communications of the chancellor,” said a statement from Jay Carney, the White House spokesman. But Berlin promptly signalled that the rebuttal referred to the present and the future and did not deny that Merkel’s communications had been monitored in the past.

Asked by the Guardian if the US had monitored the German chancellor’s phone in the past, a top White House official declined to deny that it had.

Caitlin Hayden, the White House’s National Security Council spokeswoman, said: “The United States is not monitoring and will not monitor the communications of Chancellor Merkel. Beyond that, I’m not in a position to comment publicly on every specific alleged intelligence activity.” Obama and Merkel, the White House said, “agreed to intensify further the co-operation between our intelligence services with the goal of protecting the security of both countries and of our partners, as well as protecting the privacy of our citizens.”

The explosive new row came on the eve of an EU summit in Brussels opening on Thursday afternoon. Following reports by Le Monde this week about the huge scale of US surveillance of France, Hollande insisted that the issue be raised at a summit which, by coincidence, is largely devoted to the “digital” economy in Europe. Hollande also phoned Obama to protest and insist on a full explanation, but received only the stock US response that the Americans were examining their intelligence practices and seeking to balance security and privacy imperatives, according to the Elysee Palace.

The French demand for a summit debate had gained little traction in Europe. On Wednesday morning, briefing privately on the business of the summit, senior German officials made minimal mention of the surveillance scandal. But by Wednesday evening that had shifted radically. The Germans publicly insisted that the activities of the US intelligence services in Europe be put on a new legal basis. “The [German] federal government, as a close ally and partner of the USA, expects in the future a clear contractual basis for the activity of the services and their cooperation,” Merkel told Obama.

In 2009, it was reported that Merkel had fitted her phone with an encryption chip to stop it being bugged. As many as 5,250 other ministers, advisers and important civil servants were supplied with similar state-of-the-art encryption technology. Merkel is known to be a keen mobile user and has been nicknamed “die Handy-Kanzlerin” (“Handy” being the German word for mobile phone). When asked how he had communicated with Merkel during an EU summit in Brussels in 2008, then French president Nicolas Sarkozy said: “We call each other’s mobiles and write text messages.” Katrin Goring-Eckhart, parliamentary leader of the Greens, said: “If these allegations turn out to be true, we are dealing with an incredible scandal and an unprecedented breach of trust between the two countries, for which there can be no justification.”

On social media, a number of Germans mocked Merkel’s change of tone over the NSA affair, given her previous reluctance to talk about the controversy. Jens König, a reporter for the news weekly Stern, tweeted that it was “the first time that Merkel is showing some proper passion during the NSA affair”. The European Commission has thrown its weight behind new European Parliament proposals for rules governing the transfer of data from Europe to America and demanded that the forthcoming summit finalise the new regime by next spring.

“A Seismic Shift in Obamacare Sentiment on Capital Hill” has Democrats Turning on Obamacare

October 23, 2013 in Uncategorized

Seismic Shift

While Senator Ted Cruz (TX) went home to a hero’s welcome, Senator Mike Lee (UT) found himself  in an unpopular quagmire as a result  of  our “Dear Leader”  and “Liar in Chief” Barack Hussein Obama’s unwarranted order to  barricade and close National Parks that resulted in nine UT  counties declaring an economic  state of emergency.

This just goes to prove that the price of freedom is not free and that  a few of our “Washington Patriots” will have to pay a price. One of the things that Progressives understand is  is that in today’s society,  sacrifice for the greater good is a virtue that has been on the wane which allows them to exploit political circumstances  without much fear of  repercussions.

Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee placed their careers and fortunes on the line because they understood that their sacrifice was necessary to safeguard the future of America, their families and generations to come.

Even now, Ted Cruz and Mike Lee are excoriated by the leadership in their own party as much as from the   Obamanite pinheads. Meanwhile, because of the sunlight brought to bear by these two patriots, even the Democrats are beginning to understand the physical and economic devastation that lurks in the future from Obamacare.

Justice for Erin Cox – School lawyer lied about ‘arrest’

October 22, 2013 in Uncategorized

“That a school would then lie to a judge in a court of law is an outrage and shows the length some school officials will go to to retaliate against a family that dares to challenge an irrational zero tolerance policy.”

– Wendy Murphy, Cox family attorney

Folks, Fox News Legal Analyst Peter Johnson Jr.  said of the North Andover School  Board action against Erin,  “This is crazy. They win the stupid award of the week.”

This Thursday, October 24th at 6:00 pm  the North Andover  School Board is meeting in Executive secession, to discuss  among other issues,  a “Strategy with Respect to Pending Litigation.  An open meeting will hurt Committee’s position and the chair will so declare.”

Folks, you will be paying expensive lawyers to litigate against Erin Cox for being a “Good Samaritan.”   Contrary to a statement by Dr. Hutchinson  on  the district’s website,  “The rules for student-athletes strongly discourage students from engaging in conduct that is unlawful or fails to promote the health and safety of the youth in our community.”  As Howie Carr stated in a column in the Herald,  “Those rules are set by the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association and prohibit student-athletes from possessing, consuming, or transporting alcohol. Nothing peculiar about that. What’s peculiar is Dr. Hutchinson’s interpretation of the MIAA’s regulations.

Erin Cox did not possess or distribute any alcohol. And the only alcohol she was intending to transport was the alcohol in the bloodstream of her inebriated friend. Which means, by Dr. Hutchinson’s interpretation, that MIAA regulations prohibit the transportation of alcohol that just so happens to be inside someone else’s stomach.”

You are intelligent people, and can judge for yourselves what MIAA’s intent is from their handbook. Read especially the last sentence in Paragraph 62.1:

” This MIAA statewide minimum standard is not intended to render “guilt by association

                 62. Student (and Coach) Eligibility: Chemical Health/Alcohol/Drugs/Tobacco I

62.1 From the earliest fall practice date, to the conclusion of the academic year or final athletic event (whichever is latest), a student shall not, regardless of the quantity, use, consume,                 possess, buy/sell, or give away any beverage containing alcohol; any tobacco product; marijuana; steroids; or any controlled substance. This policy includes products such as “NA or near beer”.

It is not a violation for a student to be in possession of a legally defined drug specifically prescribed for the student’s own use by his/her doctor.

This MIAA statewide minimum standard is not intended to render “guilt by association”, e.g. many student athletes might be present at a party where only a few violate this standard.                                              This rule represents only a minimum standard upon which schools may develop more stringent requirements.

http://www.miaa.net/…/basic_module/MIAAHandbook1315.pdf

The School Board will conduct an Open Meeting on Thursday at 7:00 pm. Perhaps a number of North Andover Parents and Students could speak on Erin’s behalf and ask the Superintendent and School Board to reinstate her before the litigation and its ensuing costs burden both your District as well as  the Cox family, who after all have been and continue to be exemplary members in your community.

Also, please sign and tell your friends about Carrie Hartwell-Lewchuck’s online petition to Dr. Carla Scuzzarella, Principal, North Andover High School and Kevin Hutchinson, Superintendent, North Andover Public Schools  at https://www.change.org/petitions/north-andover-mass-high-school-immediately-reverse-the-decision-to-punish-erin-cox-a-designated-driver.  Carrie Hartwell-Lewchuck  is an  anti-drunk driving activist whose brother, Zac Hartwell, was killed by an intoxicated motorist two years ago and she states in the petition that “Erin Cox should be hailed as a hero”

School lawyer lied about ‘arrest’ of girl suspended for trying to help drunken pal, attorney says

FoxNews.com

It was bad enough when a Massachusetts school threw the book at an honor student who tried to help a drunken friend get home from a party, but the district’s lawyer made things even worse when he lied to a judge and claimed would-be designated driver Erin Cox was arrested, Cox’s attorney charged.

The allegation leveled by lawyer Wendy Murphy is the latest development in a case that has already generated widespread outrage. Cox, 17, was suspended from the North Andover High School volleyball team for five games and demoted as captain, all for simply responding to a texted plea last month from a pal who was too drunk to drive home from a party. Minutes after Cox showed up, Boxford police arrived and shut it down. Some students were arrested, but most — including Cox — were given summonses for underage possession of alcohol. Police later backed Cox’s version of events.

Murphy said the school district compounded its own injustice toward a kid when its attorney, Geoffrey Bok, said in court that Cox was arrested at the party. She was not.

“That a school would then lie to a judge in a court of law is an outrage and shows the length some school officials will go to to retaliate against a family that dares to challenge an irrational zero tolerance policy,” Murphy said in a statement.

“In fact, as the police officer at the scene reported in a statement that was provided to the principal and the judge, Erin was not arrested and did nothing wrong,” Murphy added. “He added that she had not been drinking, had no intention of drinking, was there to help a friend and did not have even the ‘slightest’ odor of alcohol on her person.”

Bok’s claim, according to Murphy, came last week as she sued the district on behalf of the Cox family. Although that state court ruled it had no jurisdiction, Murphy vowed to pursue cases against both North Andover High School Principal Carla Scuzzarella and Bok in federal court.

Bok had no comment on the case, or even on Murphy’s charge that he lied in court. Scuzzarella referred inquiries to North Andover Public Schools Superintendent Kevin Hutchinson, who defended the punishment in a statement to FoxNews.com.

“While some may decry the Administration’s actions as unfair or inconsistent with the principles of due process, our Administration wholeheartedly disagrees,” the statement read. “To be clear, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has ruled that participation in interscholastic athletics is a privilege. Rather than simply revoking the privilege, our Administration has consistently afforded its student-athletes a reasonable opportunity to be heard before a disciplinary decision is made.”

Since the story made national headlines, Cox has been lauded in many quarters for coming to the aid of a friend, and for trying to keep a drunk driver off the road.

“The story of Erin Cox, the Boston high school student suspended for being called in as a designated driver is unconscionable,” former Florida congressman Allen West wrote on his website. “Sadly, it is indicative of the statist drive permeating our culture to negate individual initiative, personal responsibility, accountability, and acts of honor.”

Oddly, not everyone is taking Cox’s side in the dispute. Mothers Against Drunk Driving President Jan Withers told FoxNews.com the school was right to come down on the teen.

“Underage drinking is so very dangerous, that’s why MADD appreciates this school’s effort,” said Withers, who praised Cox’s intentions but said she should have called an adult. “I’m not there and I don’t know all of the details, but indeed, their efforts to prevent underage drinking through zero tolerance are admirable.”

Cox’s mother, Eleanor, sued the school district, but a judge ruled last week that the court did not have jurisdiction. Federal court is expected to be the family’s next move.

“We want this nightmare to go away,” Eleanor Cox told FoxNews.com. “We have nothing else to say.”

It’s Come Down to Hand to Hand Fighting for our Constitutional Republic and our Liberty

October 17, 2013 in Uncategorized

In his recent book, The Liberty Amendments, Mark Levin has provided us with a Constitutional path provided by our forefathers who foresaw a time when”-the Federal Government might breach the Constitution’s limit and begin oppressing the people.”

A path that can restore our Constitutional Republic and wrestle it away from our present “Functional Dictatorship” which continues to tighten its noose around our Liberties while our dysfunctional, elitist “Establishment Political Class” that permeates the Washington beltway, stands by catatonically.

The plan is to use our Constitution’s Article V Amendment process that states that upon the application of 2/3 of our state legislatures,   a Convention shall be convened  for the propose of   proposing Amendments to  our Constitution.

In the Liberty Amendments, Mark Levine provides some of his ideas for Amendments, but realizes that others may wish to add or subtract from his proposals as and he is fine with that.

So if we are to succeed we must begin to act immediately and move towards a 2/3 Majority of all state legislators. It will not happen overnight but we must be vigilant and patient if we are to succeed. We are in a war for survival and in war, as we have learned from the Progressive leaders our “Dear Leader” , Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and their allies, they take no prisoners.

Our adversaries now know and understand that they must forcibly block this  last route to our freedom at all costs, if they are to “fundamentally Transform” America away from our Constitutional Republic and its tenants that guarantee our “…certain unalienable Rights” of “…Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness –“

The following excerpt  is from Mark Levin’s  book The Liberty Amendments:

“For a century, the Statists have steadfastly constructed a federal Leviathan, distorting and evading our constitutional system in pursuit of an all-powerful, ubiquitous central government. The result is an ongoing and growing assault on individual liberty, state sovereignty, and the social compact. Levin argues that if we cherish our American heritage, it is time to embrace a constitutional revival.

The delegates to the 1787 Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia and the delegates to each state’s ratification convention foresaw a time when—despite their best efforts to forestall it—the Federal government might breach the Constitution’s limits and begin oppressing the people. Agencies such as the IRS and EPA and programs such as Obamacare demonstrate that the Framers’ fear was prescient. Therefore, the Framers provided two methods for amending the Constitution. The second was intended for our current circumstances—empowering the states to bypass Congress and call a convention for the purpose of amending the Constitution. Levin argues that we, the people, can avoid a perilous outcome by seeking recourse, using the method called for in the Constitution itself.

The Framers adopted ten constitutional amendments, called the Bill of Rights, that would preserve individual rights and state authority. Levin lays forth eleven specific prescriptions for restoring our founding principles, ones that are consistent with the Framers’ design. His proposals—such as term limits for members of Congress and Supreme Court justices and limits on federal taxing and spending—are pure common sense, ideas shared by many. They draw on the wisdom of the Founding Fathers—including James Madison, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and numerous lesser-known but crucially important men—in their content and in the method for applying them to the current state of the nation.

Now is the time for the American people to take the first step toward reclaiming what belongs to them. The task is daunting, but it is imperative if we are to be truly free.”

Last Night’s Politburo Vote in the House

October 17, 2013 in Uncategorized

The following Roll Call vote took place in spite of the fact that House members were not provided copies to peruse before the vote, even if they requested it. 87  Republican Traitors voted Yea! The means by which this legislation was moved and passed gives new meaning to the word “Treachery”.  The House voted to give Republican Mitch McConnell his $2 Billion Earmark and  voted a  stipend of $174K of our treasure was to  Millionairess Senator Frank  Lautenberg of NJ’s  widow in this purported “Clean CR”. Now that it has passed  we will have a  chance in the weeks aheadto review the entire bill and we will surely find other treacheries like a trick-provision that was added that will require a 2/3 vote  to stop the next Debt Limit increase. This morning the Wall Street Journal in an article by Laura Meckler, Business Voices Frustration With GOP, writes that “In interviews with representatives of companies large and small executives predicted a change in how business would approach politics. They didn’t foresee a new alignment with Democrats but forecast backing challengers to tea-party conservatives in GOP primaries…”

This is just the beginning of a planned blitz creed against Tea Party   Conservatives by the Establishment and their Progressive allies.  We are now joined in a battle,  not only a fight for Conservative values, but for the Survival of our Constitutional Democracy.

As Jeff Kuhner of WRKO in Boston recently stated, America has now become a functional “Dictatorship” under the tutelage  of our “Dear Leader” Barrack Hussein Obama.

And

Lastly, the Wall Street journal today had another front page headline, More Illegal Immigrants As for Asylum, thereby joining   next skirmish in our battle to save our American Way of Life.

The debate over global warming (alias “climate change”) just changed

October 16, 2013 in Uncategorized

Fellow lovers of liberty,

The debate over global warming (alias “climate change”) just changed

The Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC) titled Climate Change Reconsidered II: Physical Science has just recently released a new report.

Unlike the United Nation’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the NIPCC report finds the human impact on climate is very small and any change in temperatures that might occur in the future is so small that it will not be noticed against the climate’s natural variability.

Our “Dear Leader” Barack Hussein Obama and his minions are attacking members of Congress who dare to question the left’s talking points on global warming: that it’s man-made and will cause (or is already causing) floods, droughts, storms, crime, divorce … you name it. Obama’s EPA is waging war on affordable energy, even though the “fracking” revolution is the one positive economic development that has happened to the country since Obama was elected! Most recently in January, NY State commissioned a report that they believed would decimate the “fracking” industry. Instead, the results of the investigation, that had to be leaked to see the light of day, found “…that the much-debated drilling technology known as hydrofracking could be conducted safely in New York.”

Climate Change Reconsidered directly contradicts the scientific claims being made by Obama and his allies.  The Heartland Institute team of nearly 50 scientists from 15 countries have produced a report that is more than 1,000 pages long, cites nearly 4,000 peer-reviewed reports, and finds no evidence that global warming is either man made or likely to be harmful.

The Heartland Institute published the new NIPCC report on September 17, and for the last three weeks they have been promoting it like crazy. They’ve held events with the authors in Chicago, Washington, DC (hosted by our friends at the Heritage Foundation), New York, Florida, St. Louis, California, and even London, Berlin, and The Hague.

The book has received positive coverage from Rush Limbaugh, Fox News, Breitbart.com, PJ Media, The Daily Caller, and dozens of Web sites and blogs. The book’s release was even reported as news by the liberals at The New York Times, Washington Post, and Bloomberg!

Please help us get the word out that global warming is not a crisis.

Visit ClimateChangeReconsidered.org to get free access to the entire 1,000-page report, a 20-page Summary for Policymakers, and a growing number of news releases, op-eds, videos, and sound recordings by the authors and allies. Please encourage your friends and neighbors to visit the site, too.

Please also visit Heartland’s Environment Issue Suite, which is updated daily with articles appearing in Environment & Climate News, Heartland’s monthly public policy newspaper, and weekly issues of Climate Change Weekly and NIPCC Update.

Obama’s war on affordable energy is one of the biggest threats our nation faces. Please help us stop him.

Thanks for your support,

Author and Investigative Researcher Trevor Loudon Tours MA

October 14, 2013 in Uncategorized

Trevor Pic1You only have 3 more chances to listen to Trevor Loudon in the Boston Region, of whom Glenn said about his first book Barack OBAMA AND THE ENEMIES WITHIN,

“Trevor Loudon does the job that few in the media ever even attempt. This eye-opening book is proof that one person really can make a difference, especially when they have no agenda other than finding the truth”

Trevor’s just released sequel  THE ENEMIES WITHIN, sequel’s research   is even more explosive.

Have you been wondering who Barack Hussein Obama is? Who his mentors were? Who his political allies are? Who his advisers are? Would you like to hear insights into Obama’s secretive early childhood through College his career? Who the power brokers are behind his “Throne”.  Have you wondered about the relationships our Senators and some of our Congressmen have with Socialist  and  Socialist organizations?

Would you be surprised to learn that Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Obama’s first mentor was an avowed Communist who was being kept under constant surveillance by the FBI, as a suspected spy?

Would you also shocked to learn that Barry surrounded himself with an extensive group of “radicals, marxists, communists, and Americans who have joined together in a coordinated effort to overthrow capitalism and the Republic of the United States of America.”

Would you like to hear the unedited, impartial, unbiased and unedited truth about Barry?

Then you need to attend one of Trevor Loudon’s MA Book Signing Tours’s where he will give a synopsis of research contained in his new book, “The Enemies Within: Communists, Socialists and Progressives in the U.S. Congress”.

Trevor Loudon’s just released “The Enemies Within: Communists, Socialists and Progressives in the U.S. Congress” is like no other book written on American politics.

The book is designed to expose, in layman’s terms, the comprehensive communist, socialist and extreme progressive infiltration of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate. Of special interest to Massachusetts residents, “The Enemies Within” profiles Senators Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey as well as Representatives Mike Capuano, Jim McGovern and John Tierney.

“The Enemies Within” profiles fourteen Senators and more than fifty Representatives and Their ties to Communist Party USA, Democratic Socialists of America, Workers World Party, and The Institute for Policy Studies, Council for a Livable World and other radical anti-American organizations.

Ever wondered why the US Congress has moved further and further left over your lifetime, even while much of the electorate has become more and more conservative? Why government regulation and taxes have exponentially increased, even though most Americans still oppose Big Government?

“The Enemies Within” is designed to show American voters exactly how modern communism works and how it impacts on your life, every single day. Just how do the communists win big on things like Obamacare and immigration “reform,” which go completely against the wishes of the American people?

“The Enemies Within” names names and takes no prisoners. If you want to know exactly who is tearing your country down, this is a MUST READ.

“The Enemies Within” was officially released on August 20, 2013, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

Attendees at these events will be able to purchase copies of “The Enemies Within” and have them signed by Mr. Loudon. All events are free and open to the public, however seating is limited

Barricades At WW II Memorial Are Back UP – Barriers being Re-Constructed

October 14, 2013 in Uncategorized

Our vindictive “Dear Leader” has once again shown his complete and utter disdain for America, Her hero Veterans and for those who are sworn to protect us, the National Park Service and Washington police. Let there be no mistake, this arrogant bully has given the nod for this outrageous behavior whose repercussions will haunt our country and Washington law enforcement for years to come. His vindictiveness in ordering the tying and strapping of  barricades together and sending armed Park and Washington police to guard the barriers is an assault against ALL Americans and our 1st Amendment Right  “…peaceably to assemble.”. Americans whose fathers, sons, daughters and loved ones gave their all to protect, and preserve their Country and whose honor and sacrifices are symbolized and preserved for generations to come in our National War Memorials and Monuments!
