The Time has Come to Resurrect The Sons of Liberty

PatriotsThe time has come to resurrect The Sons of Liberty.

We have been hearing for weeks now that the Republican Establishment, including Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Speaker John Boehner have cooked up an Amnesty Deal. A Deal that will be surreptitiously enacted in the House and Senate such that the final Conference Bill will be passed in the Senate by the Democrat Majority and in the House by a mix of all Democrats and Republican Establishment defectors who will be well rewarded by being allowed to retain their Committee Chairmanships’.

The Deal came into the open on the Glenn Beck show when modern-day Patriots Representatives Michele Bachmann (Minn.), Steve King (Iowa) and Louie Gohmert (Texas) along with 67 other stalwarts determined that they could not go along with the deception and decided to risk their careers in a showdown with Boehner.  Read more here Now that the deception has been made public, Speaker Boehner is saying that he doesn’t “intend” to push a bill that violates Republican Party “principles.”

Don’t be deceived by the Boehner’s latest ruse.  He fully intends to implement the Deal, unless “We the People”, take back our government. We have to have patience.  We are now engaged in a battle for survival for our way of life. If you value the future for your children and grandchildren, then you must become engaged and stick it out as long as it takes to convince our political class that we have had it and it is Speaker Boehner and the Republicans that defect that will bear the angst of the citizenry.

Remember first and foremost that these 70 brave souls have placed their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor on the line for us. We must in turn protect their backs from the administrators of this deception, both now and the future.  We cannot allow the retribution that was delivered to Colonel Allen West to befall any of our brave patriots.

On June 19th you will have an opportunity to stand up against Amnesty and all the other reprehensible scandals that have rocked your faith  in our government by joining  Representatives Michele Bachmann , Steve King  and Louie Gohmert, in front of the U.S. Capital. If you can’t be there physically, you can use the occasion to call your Representatives and Senators as well as to voice  support for the 70 Representatives’  who are demanding that the Speaker honor the  Hastert Rule that requires  support from a majority of the majority to bring a bill forward.

Our way of life has been gradually under attack and sometimes we may feel that there is nothing that we can do. However, our Constitution gives the power to the people and we must make it clear to all our elected Representatives that we will exercise that power to rid our country once and for all from Amnesty, that promises to bankrupt our nation, from surveillance that threatens our Personal Liberty, and from corrupt, anti-Constitutional officials and bureaucrats that threaten our life, our liberty and our pursuit of happiness.

Obama Admin Says Turning Off Sequester Will Save $1 Trillion
President’s Bloated Budget Calls For $800B Tax Hike, $7.3 Trillion In New Debt – Fuzzy Math On Whitehouse.gov

Obama: Proposed budget not my ‘ideal plan’  Published April 06, 2013 Associated Press

Confronting bipartisan criticism, President Obama conceded Saturday his  proposed budget is not his “ideal plan” but said it offers “tough reforms” to  the nation’s benefit programs while closing loopholes for the wealthy, a mix  that he argued will provide long-term deficit reduction without harming the  economy.

In his first comments about a budget he is to release Wednesday, Obama said  he intends to reduce deficits while at the same time providing new spending for  public works projects, early education and job training.

“We don’t have to choose between these goals – we can do both,” Obama said in  his weekly radio and internet address.

Obama’s budget calls for slower growth in government benefits programs for  the poor, veterans and the elderly, as well as higher taxes, primarily from the  wealthy. Some of its details, made public Friday, drew a fierce response from  liberals, labor unions and advocates for older Americans and prompted an  unimpressed reaction from Republican House Speaker John Boehner.

“It’s a compromise I’m willing to accept in order to move beyond a cycle of  short-term, crisis-driven decision-making, and focus on growing our economy and  our middle class for the long run,” Obama said.

Obama proposes spending cuts and revenue increases that would result in $1.8  trillion in deficit reductions over 10 years, replacing $1.2 trillion in  automatic spending cuts that are otherwise poised to take effect over the next  10 years.

Counting reductions and higher taxes that Congress and Obama have approved  since 2011, the 2014 budget would contribute to a total $4.3 trillion in total  deficit reduction by 2023.

The key deficit reduction elements of the plan incorporate an offer Obama  made to Boehner in December as both men sought to avert an impending “fiscal  cliff” of automatic, across the board spending cut and broad tax increases.

Obama’s plan has two central features — $580 billion in new taxes that  Republicans oppose and a new inflation formula, rejected by many liberals, that  would reduce the annual cost of living adjustments for a broad swath of  government programs, including Social Security and benefits for veterans.

In his address, Obama said he would achieve deficit reduction by making  “tough reforms” to Medicare and by enacting “commonsense tax reform that  includes closing wasteful tax loopholes for the wealthy and well-connected.”

Obama, however, made no mention of the effect his budget would have on Social  Security and on other social safety net programs, a key feature of his proposal  and one that drew hostile reaction from some of his most ardent political  backers.

Obama rejected a House Republican budget that aims to balance the budget in  10 years with steep cuts in domestic spending. His remarks reflected the White  House’s argument that Obama’s blend of tax increases and spending cuts have  widespread public support and will ultimately change the terms of the fiscal  debate in Washington.

“My budget will reduce our deficits not with aimless, reckless spending cuts  that hurt students and seniors and middle-class families — but through the  balanced approach that the American people prefer, and the investments that a  growing economy demands,” he said.

Still, Obama has been unable to move House Republicans from their opposition  to higher taxes. And his proposed reduction in the growth of benefits drew swift  objections from allies.

“The president should drop these misguided cuts in benefits and focus instead  on building support in Congress for investing in jobs,” AFL-CIO President  Richard Trumka said in a statement Friday.

Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback delivered the Republican radio address, arguing  that “the ideas on how to fix the federal government are now percolating in the  states.”

“You see, you don’t change America by changing Washington — you change  America by changing the states,” he said. “And that’s exactly what Republican  governors are doing across the country — taking a different approach to grow  their states’ economies and fix their governments with ideas that work.

Brownback, a former House member and U.S. senator, called for a “taxing  structure that encourages growth, an education system that produces measurable  results, and a renewed focus on the incredible dignity of each and every person,  no matter who they are.”

Locked & Loaded – Girl Dismantle Gun Control Argument In 3 Minutes! – Wake Up America

April 5, 2013 in "Bill of Rights", 2nd Amendment, America's Collapse, Congress, Gun Control, Obama's America 2016, Politics, President Obama, Progressivism, United States Constitution, United States Sovereignty by admin

agirlANNAPOLIS, Md. –  Maryland’s  already-strong gun laws will become among the strictest in the nation with a  measure passed by the General Assembly Thursday, sending the bill to the  Democratic governor who proposed the legislation in the aftermath of December’s  massacre at a Newtown, Conn., elementary school.

The state Senate voted 28-19 for final passage, agreeing to a number of  changes the House of Delegates approved Wednesday.

The measure would require people who buy a handgun to submit fingerprints to  state police, bans 45 types of assault weapons, and limits gun magazines to 10  bullets. It also addresses firearms access for the mentally ill.

“Together, with a strong coalition of advocates, and the people of Maryland  who overwhelmingly support policies to reduce gun violence, we’ve chosen to take  action by advancing strategies that work to save lives,” Gov. Martin O’Malley  said in a statement after the vote.

Maryland will become the first state in nearly 20 years to require potential  handgun buyers to submit fingerprints to state police. Only five other states  have a similar requirement: Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York and New  Jersey.

Gun control advocates say the fingerprinting requirement will help keep guns  away from criminals, because it will make people reluctant to buy firearms for  those who are not allowed to have them. Opponents say the bill erodes Second  Amendment rights and ultimately penalizes law-abiding citizens without focusing  on lawbreakers.

Although the measure bans 45 types of assault weapons, people who own them  now will be able to keep them. People who order the weapons before Oct. 1, when  the law would take effect, also would be able to keep them.

People who have been involuntarily committed to a mental health facility  won’t be allowed to have a gun.

Critics noted that Maryland already has strong laws, including universal  background checks and a seven-day waiting period to buy a gun. The state doesn’t  even have a loophole allowing for private sales at gun shows without the same  background check that licensed dealers are required to obtain, said Sen. Allan  Kittleman, R-Howard.

12 Things That Just Happened That Show The Next Wave Of The Economic Collapse Is Almost Here

Mark SteynOur government is lying to us. The reason Barack Hussein Obama began his strategy of “Blame” over “Sequestration” is because he knows that the economic collapse of the US economy is coming and he needs a scapegoat! His “full court press” in the media is perpetuating his grievous “lie” that an “Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny” Sequestration cut will cause catastrophic damage to our economy.

Besides the following article, other independent economists, who, using the same data as our US Bureau of  Labor Statistics reach the entirely different conclusion that our unemployment rates are INCREASING, not DECREASING.

Thomas Jefferson said that, To preserve our independence, we must not let our rulers load us down with perpetual debt….I am for a government rigorously frugal and simple.”  We have thrown his warnings to the wind and now because of our economic gluttony of QE1, QE2, QE3, QE4 etc., face the loss of our Independence and sovereignty as well.

Folks, an economic collapse will place our  Bill of Rights and our Constitution in grave jeopardy! The dumbing down of  our last generation has left them without an understanding of the source of the Rights  that they enjoy.

Without the Bill of Rights,  our 2nd Amendment and our ability to protect and preserve our Constitution and our “Natural Rights” will be abolished.  All of the proposed  State and Federal Gun Laws being proposed would have practically no affect on stopping incidents like Newtown while having a vital affect on our Constitutional right to preserve and protect our families and country.

This is a time for action! Don’t allow either the Obama or  the Patrick Administrations to take away any more of your Constitutional Rights! Call your State and Senators and representatives and tell them NO on Unconstitutional Gun Control measures and  on our “drunken sailor” Spending.

12 Things That Just Happened That Show The Next Wave Of The Economic Collapse Is Almost Here

By Michael, on March 3rd, 2013

12 Things That Just Happened That Show The Next Wave Of The Economic Collapse Is Almost HereAre we running out of time?  For the last several years, we have been living in a false bubble of hope that has been fueled by massive amounts of debt and bailout money.  This illusion of economic stability has convinced most people that the great economic crisis of 2008 was just an “aberration” and that now things are back to normal.  Unfortunately, that is not the case at all.  The truth is that the financial crash of 2008 was just the first wave of our economic troubles.  We have not even come close to recovering from that wave, and the next wave of the economic collapse is rapidly approaching.  Our economy is like a giant sand castle that has been built on a foundation of debt and toilet paper currency.  As each wave of the crisis hits us, the solutions that our leaders will present to us will involve even more debt and even more money printing.  And each time, those “solutions” will only make our problems even worse.  Right now, events are unfolding in Europe and in the United States that are pushing us toward the next major crisis moment.  I sincerely hope that we have some more time before the next crisis overwhelms us, but as you will see, time is rapidly running out.

The following are 12 things that just happened that show the next wave of the economic collapse is almost here…

#1 According to TrimTab’s CEO Charles Biderman, corporate insider purchases of stock have hit an all-time low, and the ratio of corporate insider selling to corporate insider buying has now reached an astounding 50 to 1….

While retail is being told to buy-buy-buy, Biderman exclaims that “insiders at U.S. companies have bought the least amount of shares in any one month,” and that the ratio of insider selling to buying is now 50-to-1 – a monthly record.

#2 On Friday we learned that personal income in the United States experienced its largest one month decline in 20 years

Personal income decreased by $505.5 billion in January, or 3.6%, compared to December (on a seasonally adjusted and annualized basis). That’s the most dramatic decline since January 1993, according to the Commerce Department.

#3 In a stunning move, Michigan Governor Rick Snyder says that he will appoint an emergency financial manager to take care of Detroit’s financial affairs…

Snyder, 54, took a step he avoided a year ago, empowering an emergency financial manager who can sweep aside union contracts, sell municipal assets, restructure services and reorder finances. He announced the move yesterday at a public meeting in Detroit.

If this does not work, Detroit will almost certainly have to declare bankruptcy.  If that happens, it will be the largest municipal bankruptcy in U.S. history.

#4 On Friday it was announced that the unemployment rate in Italy had risen to 11.7 percent.  That was a huge jump from 11.3 percent the previous month, and Italy now has the highest unemployment rate that it has experienced in 21 years.

#5 The youth unemployment rate in Italy has risen to a new all-time record high of 38.7 percent.

#6 On Friday it was announced that the unemployment rate in the eurozone as a whole had just hit a brand new record high of 11.9 percent.

#7 On Friday it was announced that the unemployment rate in Greece has now reached 27 percent, and it is being projected that it will reach30 percent by the end of the year.

#8 The youth unemployment rate in Greece is now an almost unbelievable 59.4 percent.

#9 On Saturday, hundreds of thousands of protesters filled the streets of Lisbon and other Portuguese cities to protest the austerity measures that are being imposed upon them.  It was reportedly the largest protest in the history of Portugal.

#10 According to Goldman Sachs, bank deposits declined all over Europe during the month of January.

#11 Over the weekend, the deputy governor of China’s central bank declared that China is prepared for a “currency war“…

A top Chinese banker said Beijing is “fully prepared” for a currency war as he urged the world to abide by a consensus reached by the G20 to avert confrontation, state media reported on Saturday.

Yi Gang, deputy governor of China’s central bank, issued the call after G20 finance ministers last month moved to calm fears of a looming war on the currency markets at a meeting in Moscow.

Those fears have largely been fuelled by the recent steep decline in the Japanese yen, which critics have accused Tokyo of manipulating to give its manufacturers a competitive edge in key export markets over Asian rivals.

#12 Italy is an economic basket case at this point, and the political gridlock in Italy is certainly not helping matters.  Former comedian Beppe Grillo’s party could potentially tip the balance of power one way or the other in Italy, and over the weekend he made some comments that are really shaking things up over in Europe.  For one thing, he is suggesting that Italy should hold a referendum on the euro…

“I am a strong advocate of Europe. I am in favor of an online referendum on the euro,” Beppe Grillo told Bild am Sonntag.

Such a vote would not be legally binding in Italy, where referendums can only be used to repeal laws or parts of laws, but would carry political weight. Grillo has said in the past that membership of the euro should be up to the Italian people.

In addition, Grillo is also suggesting that Italy’s debt has gotten so large that renegotiation is the only option…

In an interview with a German magazine published on Saturday, Mr Grillo said that “if conditions do not change” Italy “will want” to leave the euro and return to its former national currency.

The 64-year-old comic-turned-political activist also said Italy needs to renegotiate its €2 trillion debt.

At 127 per cent of gross domestic product (GDP), it is the highest in the euro zone after Greece.

“Right now we are being crushed, not by the euro, but by our debt. When the interest payments reach €100 billion a year, we’re dead. There’s no alternative,” he told Focus, a weekly news magazine.

He said Italy was in such dire economic straits that “in six months, we will no longer be able to pay pensions and the wages of public employees.”

And of course government debt has taken center stage in the United States as well.

The sequester cuts have now gone into effect, and they will definitely have an effect on the U.S. economy.  Of course that effect will not be nearly as dramatic as many Democrats are suggesting, but without a doubt those cuts will cause the U.S. economy to slow down a bit.

And of course the U.S. economy has already been showing plenty of signs of slowing down lately.  If you doubt this, please see my previous article entitled “Consumer Spending Drought: 16 Signs That The Middle Class Is Running Out Of Money“.

So what comes next?

Well, everyone should keep watching Europe very closely, and it will also be important to keep an eye on Wall Street.  There are a whole bunch of indications that the stock market is at or near a peak.  For example, just check out what one prominent stock market analyst recently had to say

“Every reliable technical tool is warning of major peaking action,” said Walter Zimmerman, the senior technical analyst at United-ICAP. “This includes sentiment, momentum, classical chart patterns, and Elliott wave analysis.

“Most of the rally in the stock market since 2009 can be chalked up to the Federal Reserve’s attempt to create a ‘wealth effect’ through higher stock market prices. This only exacerbates the downside risk. Why? The stock market no is longer a lead indicator for the economy. It is instead reflecting  Fed manipulation. Pushing the stock market higher while the real economy languishes has resulted in another bubble.

“The next leg down will not be a partial correction of the advance since the 2009 lows. It will be another major financial crisis. The worst is yet to come.”

Sadly, most people will continue to deny that anything is wrong until it is far too late.

Many areas of Europe are already experiencing economic depression, and it is only a matter of time before the U.S. follows suit.

Time is running out, and I hope that you are getting ready.

So what do you think?

How much time do you believe that we have left before the next wave of the economic collapse strikes?

Is US Concealed Carry in Jeopardy?

February 25, 2013 in 2nd Amendment, America's Heritage, Congress, Gun Control, President Obama, Supreme Court, United States Constitution by Admin1

siSigners“The people are not to be disarmed of their weapons. They are left in full possession of them.”
– Zacharia Johnson, delegate to Virginia Ratifying Convention

John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Alexander Hamilton and  Zacharia Johnson would be surprised and amazed by the shenanigans being perpetrated against our 2nd Amendment Rights.

The following is extracted from Wikipedia:

Prior to the 1897 supreme court case Robertson v. Baldwin, the federal courts had been silent on the issue of concealed carry. In the dicta from a maritime law case the Supreme Court commented that state laws restricting concealed weapons do not infringe upon the right to bear arms protected by the Federal Second Amendment.[58]

In the majority decision in the 2008 Supreme Court case of District of Columbia v. Heller, Justice Antonin Scalia wrote;

“Like most rights, the Second Amendment right is not unlimited. It is not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose: For example, concealed weapons prohibitions have been upheld under the Amendment or state analogues … The majority of the 19th-century courts to consider the question held that prohibitions on carrying concealed weapons were lawful under the Second Amendment or state analogues.”[59]

Heller was a landmark case because for the first time in United States history a Supreme Court decision defined the right to bear arms as constitutionally guaranteed to private citizens rather than a right restricted to “well regulated militia[s]“. The Justices asserted that sensible restrictions on the right to bear arms are constitutional however an outright ban on a specific type of firearm, in this case handguns, was in fact unconstitutional. The decision is limited because it only applies to federal enclaves such as the District of Columbia.

On June 28, 2010, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the handgun ban enacted by the city of Chicago, Illinois, in McDonald v. Chicago, effectively extending the Heller decision to states and local governments nationwide.[60] Banning handguns in any jurisdiction has the effect of rendering invalid any licensed individual’s right to carry concealed in that area except for federally exempted retired and current law enforcement officers and other government employees acting in the discharge of their official duties.

In a sweeping ruling on a Colorado case, the Tenth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decreed that there is no Second Amendment right to carry a concealed firearm in public. The broad wording of the decision in Peterson v. Martinez creates a far-reaching national precedent against carrying a loaded handgun outside the home.

consequently, one can be fairly certain that this case will make its way to the Supreme court. A court that in 2008 created the legal fiat that “Like most rights, the Second Amendment right is not unlimited.”

Should we be worried about a Supreme Court Decision? You betcha!

Remember what happened with ObamaCare! We can’t always trust the courts anymore because they have been packed with incompetent, unprincipled ideologues that can be easily manipulated  When the Progressives can’t get their way with legislation, they use the courts to bypass the will of the people.

If Barack Hussein Obama has the opportunity to choose a Supreme Court Justice before this case is heard, our Second Amendment Rights will be in serious jeopardy!

Obama Violated The Constitution- Panel Rules Pres Violated The Constitution With Recess Appointments

January 25, 2013 in Abuse of Power, Congress, Constitution, Obama's America 2016, Obama-Nomics, Obamanation, President Obama by carlos

obama vCourt opinion throws labor panel rulings, operation into question as White House slams decision
Published January 25, 2013 FoxNews.com

WASHINGTON –  A federal court’s ruling  Friday that President Obama violated the Constitution with recess appointments  to the National Labor Relations Board opened the door to claims that a host of  rulings and other past appointments may be in question, as the White House  blasted the decision as unfounded.

The administration is expected to appeal. Though White House Press Secretary  Jay Carney would not confirm that, he called the ruling “novel and  unprecedented.”

“It contradicts 150 years of practice by Democratic and Republican  administrations. So we respectfully but strongly disagree with the ruling,”  Carney said.

He denied that the ruling would have any bearing on other decisions and  appointees. “This is one court, one case, one company,” Carney  stressed.

But Republican lawmakers who have railed against the administration’s recess  appointments, as well as the often union-favoring decisions of the NLRB,  rejected that view.

“Today’s ruling will certainly cause other opinions unconstitutionally issued  by the board to be invalidated,” Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said. “The  unconstitutionally appointed members of the NLRB should do the right thing and  step down.”

He also urged the NLRB to take the “responsible course” and stop issuing  decisions “until a constitutionally sound quorum can be established.”

The quorum issue is critical, as the NLRB only has three members — the  typically five-member board is only allowed to issue decisions when it has at  least three members. The court decision pertained to three separate appointees,  two of whom are still on the board. If those two left, there would be just one  validly appointed member — effectively shutting the board down.

If the decision stands, it could also invalidate hundreds of board decisions  made over the past year.

The ruling also threw into question Obama’s recess appointment of Richard  Cordray to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Cordray’s appointment,  made in early January along with the three NLRB appointments in question, has  been challenged in a separate case.

“The recess appointments are invalid,” C. Boyden Gray, former White House  counsel to former President George H.W. Bush, said in a statement. He said the  questions surrounding Cordray also cast “serious doubt” on the actions taken by  the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Carney and the NLRB claimed the case would not affect the board’s  operations.

NLRB Chairman Mark Gaston Pearce said the board “respectfully disagrees with  today’s decision and believes that the president’s position in the matter will  ultimately be upheld.”

He said “we will continue to perform our statutory duties and issue  decisions.”

Carney also cited “280-plus intra-session recess appointments” dating back to  1867, suggesting the court ruling flies in the face of this history.

The suit had been brought by a local business in Washington state challenging  the National Labor Relations Board. Supported by dozens of Senate Republicans,  the case argued the president didn’t have the power to make three appointments  to the NLRB.

Attorneys for the Obama administration argued that he had the authority  because the Senate was away for the holidays on a 20-day recess. The  Constitution allows for such appointments without Senate approval when Congress  is in recess.

But during that time, GOP lawmakers argued, the Senate technically had stayed  in session because it was gaveled in and out every few days for so-called “pro  forma” sessions.

GOP lawmakers used the tactic — as Democrats had done in the past –  specifically to prevent the president from using his recess power to install  members to the labor board. The White House argued that the pro forma sessions  — some lasting less than a minute — were a sham.

But the three-judge panel for the Court of Appeals in the District of  Columbia said the appointments were not valid. The judges, all appointed by  Republican presidents, ruled that during one of those pro forma sessions on Jan.  3, the Senate officially convened its second session of the 112th Congress, as  required by the Constitution.

“Either the Senate is in session, or it is in the recess. If it has broken  for three days within an ongoing session, it is not in ‘the Recess,’” the panel  said.

The court said the president could only fill vacancies with the recess  appointment procedure if the openings arise when the Senate is in an official  recess, which it defined as the break between sessions of Congress.

“Considering the text, history and structure of the Constitution, these  appointments were invalid from their inception,” a panel said.

Republican lawmakers lauded the decision.

“Today’s ruling reaffirms that the Constitution is above political party or  agenda, despite what the Obama administration seems to think,” Sen. Orrin Hatch,  R-Utah, said. “With this ruling, the D.C. Circuit has soundly rejected the Obama  administration’s flimsy interpretation of the law, and will go a long way toward  restoring the constitutional separation of powers.”

In early January, Obama appointed Deputy Labor Secretary Sharon Block, union  lawyer Richard Griffin and NLRB counsel Terence Flynn to fill vacancies on the  NLRB, giving it a full contingent for the first time in more than a year. Block  and Griffin are Democrats, while Flynn is a Republican. Flynn stepped down from  the board last year.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

Mitch McConnell Agrees to a Back Room Deal that Grants Barack Hussein Obama a Stranglehold on the Senate

Mitch McConnell and the Republican Party have once again capitulated to the Progressive Left for their own  aggrandizement. A capitulation that will facilitate  Barry’s Chicago Gangster appointments  to our courts and to facilitate his UN  Treaty Agenda and to finally pass Illegal Alien Amnesty.

Yesterday, Republican Speaker John Boehner capitulated on the Debt Ceiling increase  just  after his Senate colleagues with few exceptions ” Beautified”  our incompetent and complicit murder of 4 Americans, Secretary of Deceit Hillary Clinton. And yes the House with too few exceptions, not to be outdone, continued the “Adoration”  of this unspeakable wretch!

It’s Time to start considering formation of a 3d Party before it’s too late!

Stop the Reid/McConnell Filibuster Deform

By:Daniel Horowitz |  January 24th, 2013 at 03:02 PM  |

Harry Reid and Mitch McConnell have reached a final deal to limit the filibuster, block individual members from offering amendments, and eliminate the ability of back benchers to block conference committees.  The end result will be less power for individual senators and more power for Reid to parachute in unsavory policies into must-pass bills with little recourse to stop them.

You’re going to hear garrulous claims about the need to unfreeze the Senate from its state of gridlock over the next few days.  You’re going to see a lot of reports about Reid caving on his plans to stop the out of control Republican filibusters.  But none of the media reports will provide the proper context for this debate.  Republicans are not the ones who have shut down the Senate, and the Reid/McConnell plan is not a capitulation from Reid.  It rewards him for his bad behavior, and is not something we should support.

The Senate was deliberately structured to slow down bills.  Much to the consternation of the modern day liberal, the Founders actually did not want government to do too many things.  Unlike in the House where the Rules Committee controls the entire floor debate on behalf of the majority party, the Senate vests each individual senator – both from the majority and minority – the right to offer amendments to any bill.  Harry Reid has vitiated that practice by blocking the amendment process on every bill, in order to shield his members from embarrassing votes.

He has also brought up a number of bills that have not even gone through the committee process.  He proceeds to file cloture immediately on a major controversial bill that has not gone through regular order.  In that sense, it’s not that Republicans are automatically filibustering the motion to proceed on every bill that comes up through regular order; it’s that Reid is preemptively filing cloture as a means of bringing up legislation like the House.  To that end, the only recourse for Republicans was to filibuster the motion to proceed with debate, as a means of forcing him to allow amendments to go through.

According to my sources in the Senate, this is how Reid plans to proceed.  He is splitting up his four reforms into two resolutions; one requiring 60 votes to pass and the other 67 votes.

First, he will offer a rules change that would need 60 votes to get over a filibuster of the rules change because it has been drafted up as a “standing order.”  The Senate’s rules can be changed with a simple majority, yet to shut down debate on a rules change itself the Senate would need 67 votes.  With a standing order, you only need 60 votes to shut off a filibuster because it only applies for this Congress or the next two years.  So with 55 Democrats in place Reid only needs 5 Republicans to support his filibuster “reforms.”

The first resolution would provide two options to expedite the motion to proceed.  The first option would allow Senator Reid to file cloture shortly after filing a bill.  It would also eliminate the 30 hours of post cloture debate (often 4-5 full days in the Senate) on the motion to proceed.  The kicker is that Reid will still be able to block all amendments and immediately force a cloture vote without regular order, thereby forcing Republicans to filibuster.  This merely preserves the status quo problems while making it easier for Reid to get through the cloture.  Under the second option, the minority party would only be allowed to offer two amendments and they would be picked by the Republican leadership.  The majority also gets two amendments on every bill.  So the end result is simple: Reid gets his way on the filibuster while still blocking the ability of rank-and file members to offer amendments.

The second resolution, as part of the deal, would take 67 votes to pass because it is a permanent change to the Senate’s rules.  Among other things, this rules change would make it easier for a bill to be committed to a conference.  Remember the conference on ObamaCare and the fear that the conferees would completely rewrite the bill and steam roll it through Congress?  This new procedure may make that scenario easier for the leadership.  Under the rules, it takes three motions to go to conference and conservatives have used that tool to prevent conferees from loading up conference reports with unrelated matters or rewriting a bill.  The new rules change would consolidate the three motions into one and cuts down debate to only two hours.  This provision may be the most offensive, because it will lead to less transparency and the opportunity for a bill to lay in conference for a year or two while pressure builds to change it and ram it through the House and Senate.

If Reid and McConnell seek a return to regular order of passing bills on the floor and going to conference committee with the House, Reid must agree to A) only call up major legislation that has gone through committee and B) allow an open amendment process.  Then we can stop filibustering the motion to proceed.  That would be true filibuster reform.  If Democrats want to reform the Senate, they should tell Harry Reid to look in the mirror.  This is the case of the arsonist acting like the firefighter.

Some will contend that McConnell’s plan is the best option to avoid Reid pulling the nuclear option and getting rid of the filibuster altogether with 51 votes.  But under either plan, a feckless group of Republicans will empower Reid to steamroll individual senators and pass bad legislation.  The bottom line is the Reid is being rewarded for running the Senate completely like the House.

Republicans must vote no on both resolutions.  If Reid pulls the nuclear option, we should also use the nuclear option to create ‘point of orders,’ as we outlined last week.   Most of all, if he pulls the trigger, conservatives must be committed to shutting down the Senate by blocking all unanimous consent agreements. We have no other choice but to fight.

The Debt Limit and Generational Theft – Should We Prosecute the Criminals?

January 16, 2013 in America's Collapse, Congress, Debt Limit, Economic, Economic Deception, Economy, Generational Theft, Obama-Nomics, Obamanation, President Obama by Admin1

obama1Barack Hussein Obama’s agenda is to demonize fiscal conservatives so they he can continue to give away “Obama phones” from his “stash” to his constituency. Actually his “stash” is a bunch of generational IOUs to our children and grandchildren that won’t be worth the paper their printed on.

Let’s try to break down the consequences of Obama’s fondness for a disgraceful Spending  appetite.

The Annual Income to Federal Government $2.2 trillion

Obama will Spend$3.8 trillion in the coming fiscal year.

The Debt for this year alone $1.6 trillion

The national debt is $16.5 trillion

Since Trillions are too big for people to comprehend let’ s strike the last 8 zeros and treat these Federal figures as if they were being used in your household.

$38,000 Spending  - $ 22,000 Income = $16,000 Household deficit spending this year

Or:

$165,000 Cumulative debt + $16,000 Current Debt = $181,000 Total Cumulative Household Debt

This is a Problem!!!

The Total Cuts in the recent Budget Control Act were 38.5 billion.

Strike the zeros and it takes the cuts amount to a measly $38.50 from the household Deficit debt this year or:

$16,000 – $38.50 = $15,961.50 Your Household Deficit spending for this year alone

$165000 + $15,961.50 = $180,961.50 Total Cumulative  Household Debt

Yes this is the Obama Math in play. How long could you or would your creditors allow you to rack up these credit card charges without forcing you into bankruptcy? Yet we have been doing just this for decades now. Once our creditors acknowledge our inability to pay off our debt, our interest rate, as we have seen in Greece, will be so onerous that there will be riots in the streets when basic government necessities can no longer be provided. We’re not talking about “Obama phones”, but rather necessities like food medicine etc.

Our federal government can and must do better than that.

Whenever the President and Congress talk about Borrowing, we should look at it in household terms.  In the above example it should be evident to all, that there is really no real ability and therefore no real intention to pay back the accumulated $15,961.50 debt.

Borrowing is when you ask a lender to give you money and based upon your financial position, he agrees and you agree to pay it back in some predetermined term  at an agreed upon interest rate.

What is occurring in the above example and what the Obama Administration is advocating is generational theft from our Children and grandchildren who have no voice in the matter!

This generational borrowing is stealing, and criminal behavior that must be punished because we must  Stop Stealing from our Children and Stop the Overspending.

Sandy Provides Congress with a Path Towards Even More Pork Barrel Legislation!

January 15, 2013 in Budget, Congress, Debt Limit, Economic Deception, Economy, Political Deception, Political Incompetence by Admin1

PorkbarrelJPGWhile the insurance industry reports loses from hurricane  Sandy at about $20B,  NY region Congressmen lament about the pain their constituents are feeling and cast aspersions at an uncaring Republican led House, they forget to mention that the pork filled bill is more than DOUBLE the estimated Losses.

They are using their constituents as a Trojan Horse to hide  yet again, billions in pork to connected contributors. This while we have just concluded the Fiscal Cliff Legislation with No spending cuts and contemplate the Debt Limit!

Sounds to me that Congress is back to their old tricks and don’t give a damnn about their constitutiencies or the debt load to present and future generations.

Insurance Losses from Sandy to be $20 Billion or More

Published January 08, 2013

Dow Jones Newswires

The insurance industry will likely post losses totaling $20 billion or more from Hurricane Sandy, as losses reported so far reached $16 billion to $17 billion, Fitch Ratings said.

That estimate would put the total industry loss just below the high end of the range of the most recent insured losses estimated by third-party catastrophe modelers, the ratings firm said.

Fitch added that the complexity of assessing the losses from such a large and intense storm over such a large area–particularly when evaluating the impacts of flooding and business interruption claims–has created uncertainty in estimating total insurance losses from Sandy. With that in consideration, insurance companies were unable to report credible loss estimates until almost two months after the storm hit on Oct. 29.

Due to the size and nature of Sandy, a larger proportion of losses were incurred from commercial lines versus personal lines, Fitch said. Primary writers with substantial Northeast catastrophe exposures are incurring the most significant losses, with reinsurers taking a more reduced, although still meaningful, share.

“Licensed and Listed” Gun Owners! – Inmates Taunting Guards “I Know Where You Live”

January 7, 2013 in 2nd Amendment, Congress, Election, Gun Control, Obama's America 2016, President Obama, Propaganda, Socialism, The Grand Deception, The Hope and The Change by carlos

Gun Control44Law enforcement officials from a New York region where a local paper  published a map identifying gun owners say prisoners are using the information  to intimidate guards.

Rockland County Sheriff Louis Falco, who spoke at a news conference flanked  by other county officials, said the Journal News’ decision to post an online map  of names and addresses of handgun owners Dec. 23 has put law enforcement  officers in danger.

“They have inmates coming up to them and telling them exactly where they  live. That’s not acceptable to me,” Falco said, according to Newsday.

Robert Riley, an officer with the White Plains Police Department and  president of its Patrolman’s Benevolent Association, agreed.

“You have guys who work in New York City who live up here. Now their names  and addresses are out there, too,” he said adding that there are 8,000 active  and retired NYPD officers currently living in Rockland County.

Local lawmakers also say that they intend to introduce legislation that  prevents information about legal gun owners from being released to the  public.

The newspaper published the online map last month alongside an article  titled, “The gun owner next door: What you don’t know about the weapons in your  neighborhood.” The map included the names and addresses of pistol permit holders  in Westchester and Rockland counties obtained through a Freedom of Information  Act request.

While the paper ostensibly sought to make a point about gun proliferation in  the wake of the school shooting in Newtown, Conn., the effort may have  backfired. A blogger reacted with a map showing where key editorial staffers  live, and some outraged groups have called for a boycott of parent company  Gannett’s national advertisers. Ironically, the newspaper has now stationed  armed guards outside at least one of its offices.

Welfare Cash Withdrawn At Strip Clubs – Your Hard Earn Taxes!! – Taxpayer Wa$ted!

January 7, 2013 in Congress, Dream Act, Economic Deception, Food Stamp, President Obama, Socialist, Welfare, Welfare Fraud by carlos

They’re on the dole — and watching the pole.

Welfare recipients took out cash at bars, liquor stores, X-rated video shops,  hookah parlors and even strip clubs — where they presumably spent their taxpayer  money on lap dances rather than diapers, a Post investigation found.

A database of 200 million Electronic Benefit Transfer records from January  2011 to July 2012, obtained by The Post through a Freedom of Information  request, showed welfare recipients using their EBT cards to make dozens of cash  withdrawals at ATMs inside Hank’s Saloon in Brooklyn; the Blue Door Video porn  shop in the East Village; The Anchor, a sleek SoHo lounge; the Patriot Saloon in  TriBeCa; and Drinks Galore, a liquor distributor in The Bronx.

The state Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA), which  oversees the “cash assistance program,” even lists some of these welfare-ready  ATMs on its Web site.

One EBT machine is stationed inside Club Eleven, an infamous Hunts Point  jiggle joint known as much for its violent history as its girls in pink  thongs.

Cops have been cracking down on the Bronx club since 2009 and shut it down  temporarily in 2010. In July, five men were stabbed and two others shot outside  after bouncers broke up a 4 a.m. brawl with pepper spray. The club appeared to  be shuttered when The Post visited Thursday.

Club Heat, another Bronx strip club that dispenses EBT cash, is also no  stranger to violence. A 33-year-old woman was fatally shot in the head outside  the club in December 2011.

Critics blasted the government for turning a blind eye to welfare’s sleazy  money.

Joint Resolution HJ 15 Introduced on the Second Day of the 2013 Legislative session To Provide Barack Hussein Obama with a 3d Term!

January 7, 2013 in 22nd Amendment, Abuse of Power, Anarchy, Congress, Government, Liberty in Jeopardy, President Obama, United States Constitution by Admin1

On June30, 2009, Rush Limbaugh warned  that, “… I wouldn’t put it past Obama to be plotting right now how to serve beyond 2016…”   Incredulous pundits attacked Limbaugh’s prognostication with statements like,  “…Limbaugh, as usual, plays on the prejudices of his audience.”

In an October 2, 2012 Washington Post article, Why attacking Iran may give Obama a third term in the White House , Faheem Younus theorizes  that if we were to attack Iran to remove their Nuclear threat and it leads to a wider conflict, then:

“Wartime presidents can sell a Double Whopper to a vegetarian. As the festinate decision of bombing Iran turns into a global conflict, don’t expect our constitutional law professor turned president to decline his party’s suggestion: if it can be ratified; it [22nd Amendment] can be repealed.”

“He can’t do that; we have the 22nd Amendment,” you quip. Yes, we do. But imagine the destabilization the Iranian war will cause in a region which is home to a nuclear Pakistan, a bleeding Syria, and a wounded Russia. Add to it the perpetual Arab-Israeli conflict, with China and Japan posturing over deserted islands to its right and a mercurial Arab Spring to its left and all you have is red meat.”

Will Rep. Jose Serrano’s  legislative attempts to repeal our 22nd Amendment be a future model for its eventual adoption?

President Obama could get 3 terms if H.J.Res 15 abolishes term limits

Barack Obama   January 5, 2013   By: Angel Clark

Americans around the nation were shocked Friday as they heard about H.J.Res. 15. H.J.Res 15 proposes an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment. This would remove the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President. Rep. José Serrano (D- NY15) introduced the controversial joint resolution on Friday, the second day of the 2013 legislative session.

The last President to serve more than two terms was Franklin D. Roosevelt. Roosevelt served three full terms as President and was elected to a fourth term. Roosevelt died 83 days into his fourth term in office.

Congress passed the Twenty-second Amendment on March 21, 1947. The required number of states ratified it in 1951. There have been numerous attempts to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment, including a previous attempt by Rep. José Serrano. Rep. Serrano attempted to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment with H.J.Res. 5 in 2009.

Opponents of H.J.Res. 15 are being urged to inform their representatives of their opinions and to voice their opinion on PopVox.com.

MARK STEYN: ‘CLIFF BILL ‘SIGNALS TO WORLD THAT AMERICAN ERA IS OVER’

MARK STEYN: ‘CLIFF’ BILL ‘SIGNALS TO WORLD THAT AMERICAN ERA IS OVER’

FOX NEWS: Fox and Friends’ Brian Kilmeade sat down with best-selling author and columnist Mark Steyn to discuss the bill that was passed last night to avoid the fiscal cliff’s across-the-board tax hikes and spending cuts. President Obama applauded the bill, which raises tax rates only on those making more than $450,000 a year, puts off spending cuts and extends unemployment benefits. It also increases by two percent the Social Security payroll tax on all workers.

But Steyn believes the current spending, which is fueling a rapidly-growing national debt that has surpassed $16.4 trillion, is unsustainable and at some point will have to be supported by more taxes on all Americans.

“In a sense America voted for big government in November. What it didn’t vote for is the willingness to pay for it. We have the biggest gap between revenue and spending of any nation on Earth. So people have got to get real about this. If you want Swedish-style government, you have to pay Swedish-style taxes. And if you don’t, you have to grow up and learn to live within your means,” said Steyn.

The author of the book “After America” went on to point out that if the current debt-fueled spending continues, “you’re basically signaling to the world that the American era is over.”Kilmeade then asked what Steyn what he thinks President Obama plans to do over the next four years to address the situation.

“I think he’s got another agenda. … The thing to do is to get people used to the spending, which is about 25 percent of GDP. If he’s gotten people used to the spending, at some point people will have to pay for it the way the Norwegians pay for it, the way the Belgians pay for it. They will have to pay taxes that match what the government is spending. Obama has figured out if you get ‘em used to the spending, then two, three years down the line the taxes will fall his way,” said Steyn.

The GOP Seminar in Surrender

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT

SOS

RUSH: Ladies and gentlemen, this morning there was a joint press conference that featured the so-called Republican leadership of John Boehner and Eric Cantor and about 15 other people that were standing there. I don’t know why, but they were smiling. And what we got today was a seminar on how to surrender. It was weak. The Republicans have conceded the language. They have conceded the silly language of baseline budgeting. I think it’s time for a re-teaching of what baseline budgeting is, because until that’s addressed, all of this is smoke and mirrors. All of this fiscal cliff stuff, deficit reduction talk, there isn’t any. There aren’t any spending cuts, even if they claim there are because of the current services baseline. All there will ever be until that’s fixed is cuts in the rate of growth of spending. But there won’t be any real spending cuts. And the Republicans showed today that they’re not even interested in it. And now they’re ceding the language. So now deductions are loopholes. You know what that sets up? That sets up the premise that 100% of income is subject to taxation and that everything that we might deduct from our overall gross earnings is a loophole, not a deduction, not a legitimate deduction. They just gave that away by conceding on the language here. A loophole is not a deduction, but it has become one.

I mean, stop and think. When you think of a loophole in the tax law, what do you think of? You think of an unintended error that allows people to get away without paying their taxes. That’s what you think a loophole is. Well, sorry. Now a standard, legal itemized deduction and everyone one of them have become loopholes. And such, they are subject to elimination. So now the premise of 100% taxation, the premise is now on the table. And all that means is that all money is Washington’s, and what we end up with is totally up to their discretion and their big-heartedness or mean-heartedness, what have you.

This seminar in surrender today also -- we got the sound bites coming up, you’ll hear it — validated the false premise that confiscating additional private property will result in greater tax revenue going forward. The Republicans have just given in. They have compromised, what have you, on the premise that raising taxes on the rich will fix the problem. They have conceded that the problem exists in part because the rich aren’t paying their fair share. They must feel so squished, so defeated, so universally disliked. I think we all had a sense of this. The first few days after the election, you start listening to Republicans from the consultant class to the elected class, all talk about what they had to do to start winning elections. It basically was, “Well, we have to adopt the liberal premise on things without actually saying so. We gotta be open to amnesty, relax our views on abortion. We gotta concede that many of the Tea Party’s a bunch of kooks,” all that.

Well, it turns out that that apparently is exactly what they think they’ve gotta do. Because once you concede the premise that taking private property from people is justified and will actually reduce deficits, ’cause it won’t, it can’t. The only thing that can reduce deficits is two things: economic growth and spending cuts. And nobody has anything on the table that’s gonna promote economic growth, and of course nobody has anything on the table that’s gonna result in any genuinely reduced spending.

You know, if it weren’t for the fact that my expectations going into this were so low to begin with, I’d be really mad. But my expectations on this have been fulfilled. My expectations here thus have made it possible that I’m not blowing a gasket here. I’m sure some of you, contrary to me, probably had high expectations. You probably thought, “Well, we elected the Republicans. They know that they’re the last wall of defense. They’re the firewall.”

Nope.

Some of you, I’m sure, are livid and outraged. Believe me, intellectually I’m with you. Emotionally, my expectations on this were so low that I’m not angry. In fact, they’ve been met. Obama’s gonna end up getting what he wants. We’re using his language. We’re now calling new taxes “revenues.” We have accepted the premise that “new revenues” will result in greater tax receipts going forward. Yeah, let’s listen. Maybe I’m wr… No. I was gonna say, “Maybe I’m wrong.” (laughing)

Here’s Boehner on Capitol Hill, a little press briefing on the fiscal cliff…

BOEHNER: If the president doesn’t agree with, uh, our proposal and our outline, I think he’s got an obligation, uh, to send one to the Congress — and a plan that can pass both chambers of Congress. If you look at the — the plans that the White House have — have talked about thus far, uh, they couldn’t pass either house of the Congress. We’re ready and eager to talk to the president and to work with him to make sure that the American people, uhh, aren’t disadvantaged, uhh, by what’s happening here in Washington.

RUSH: Well, the problem, Mr. Speaker, is that Obama doesn’t want deal to with you. He wants to go over the cliff. He doesn’t want to deal with you, except to the extent he can get to you concede to him. He has no desire to deal with you. Here’s Eric Cantor…

CANTOR: They don’t want to sit down with the president! We want to talk specifics. We put an offer on the table now. He has out-of-hand rejected that. Where are the specifics? Where are the discussions? Nothing is going on. Meanwhile, the people of this country are the ones that suffer. So we ask the president, “Sit down with us, be serious about the specifics of spending, so we can stop the wasteful spending in Washington and finally address the problem.”

RUSH: Now, I… It’s just the same old lingo. Those two bites do not feature the ceding of the language that I heard (i.e., “deductions” being “loopholes”). But again, in that sense, it’s not just these guys. I mean, the Republican Party made that part of their presidential campaign. You know, Romney was suggesting that we could “raise” $1.2 trillion or something by eliminating deductions and so forth. By the way, I have it here somewhere.

Obama, back in 2011, said, “No way,” or… Nah, where did he…? I thought I had it right here at the top. I’m sorry, I don’t. Obama has contradicted himself. Whatever he’s saying today, he said just the exact opposite in 2011 about deductions and so forth. Which is instructive and informative only in the sense that whatever he’s saying now doesn’t matter and can’t be trusted. He’s out there saying, “The economy’s poised to take off!”

Sorry, the math doesn’t work out. It just doesn’t. It just isn’t there. Let me take a break here. I’ve got to anyway. I want to find this point of contradiction with Obama. There’s a lot of other interesting stuff out there today. Folks, I’m sorry, but this stuff, frankly… I don’t want to disappoint you, but as I said: My expectations going into it were not very high anyway. So I’m not all that surprised at the way this is shaping up and the way it’s gonna end up going down.

I’ll be shocked, pleasantly so, to be wrong if indeed I am.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Okay, I found it. You know where I put it? I’ve got three pages here on Ryan and Rubioand the speeches they made at the Jack Kemp Foundation. The Kemp Foundation has an annual dinner to celebrate Kemp. They met at the Mayflower Hotel last night and it was obvious… Both Rubio and Paul Ryan, in their speeches, did everything they could to distance themselves from the 47% comment that Romney made.

That really has got the Republican Party shaken up.

I mean, everybody in it is flabbergasted.

Bobby Jindal, Rubio, now Paul Ryan. They all are just flabbergasted over that, and they think it’s one of the reasons Romney lost. So they’re all making tracks to distance themselves from that whole 47% comment that Romney made and the premise that is behind it. Both their speeches, you could say, were an attempt to get out from under the legacy of that comment and make sure they have no contact with it, no relationship with it whatsoever.

They don’t agree with it, don’t want any part of it.

We’ve got sound bites of both of their speeches coming up as well, as the program unfolds.

Anyway, I had put this story about Obama underneath that, and here he is: “In negotiations on the looming fiscal cliff, Obama has been insistent on the matter of raising tax rates on the top 2%.” It was the top 1%, by the way. Now it’s the top 2%. Remember he started out wanting $800 billion? After he won the election, he started flexing his muscles and jacked that up to $1.6 trillion.

And Boehner has come along and offered $800 billion with the premise of eliminating “loopholes.” I can’t tell you how the ceding of the language hurts. You know, the language matters. Words mean things, and to let the left once have another word and total co-opt it and destroy its real meaning… We’ve just allowed it to happen here. So now every legitimate deduction is a “loophole.”

From now on going forward, the mortgage interest deduction is a “loophole.” The charitable deduction is a “loophole.” The earned income tax credit’s a “loophole” now. Well, you know what low-information voters think a “loophole” is. You know what people who file a one-page tax form think a “loophole” is. And the vast majority of Americans file a one page, the 1040-EZ form.

“How much did you make? How much will you give us? Here’s what here taking. Send it in.” And they’re done with it. They don’t know itemized deductions or the earned income tax credit. All they know is what they make and what they pay — which, in many cases, income tax-wise isn’t much. But they hear the word “loophole” and they think tax cheat. And so now every legit, by law, itemized deduction is considered a “loophole” for the express purpose of eliminating them.

Well, this is our private property we’re talking about. Our money is as much our private property as anything else that we have earned and that we own. And Boehner has said (summarized), “All right, I’ll give you $800 billion in new revenue.” They live in this world. They think, because of the election, that the American people want new taxes and want new “revenue.” I’ll boil it down to the essence.

It’s clear that they have no interest in teaching conservatism. It’s clear they have no interest in defending it or standing up for it or explaining it, even. And I think one of the reasons is that many of them really aren’t conservatives. It used to be that “Republican Party” and “conservative” meant the same thing. I don’t think they do anymore. It’s been that way for a while. But they don’t explain it. They don’t take the opportunity to contrast it because they don’t know it.

It’s like they or some consultants convince them that all they gotta do to win these precious independents or win the votes of people who are voting against them is go ahead and give them what they want, which is taxes on the rich. And “the rich” is now defined as $200,000 a year. Anyway, “In negotiations on this looming fiscal cliff, Obama has been insistent on the matter of raising taxes top 2%. In a Bloomberg interview yesterday, Obama said, “It’s just a matter of math.

“You know, there’s been a lot of talk, that somehow we can raise $800 billion or a trillion dollars worth of revenue just by closing loopholes and deductions. … [T]hat’s not a realistic option.” Yet it was just over a year ago, in the same negotiations with Republicans going on now on the debt reduction deal that never came to fruition, the White House proposed doing just that. They proposed $800 billion, raising revenue, by closing loopholes and deductions.

Yesterday Obama says, “You can’t do it! There’s not that kind of money there.”

A year ago he was all for it!

Well, how do you negotiate with somebody like this?

You don’t!

And then why do you beg somebody like this to come sit at the table with you and give you a proposal?

Take it to him, for crying out loud!

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: All right, here is what Obama said in July of 2011. This was during another such negotiation as this. It wasn’t a fiscal cliff negotiation, but it was a debt reduction deal. Debt limit, all that. And here’s what Obama said in July of 2011. “What we said was give us $1.2 trillion in additional revenues, which could be accomplished without hiking tax rates. It could simply be accomplished by eliminating loopholes, eliminating some deductions and engaging in a tax reform process that could lower rates generally while broadening the base.”

He said that a year ago. Now, he did not mean it. Remember, July ’11, it’s reelection time in their mind. He didn’t mean it. He doesn’t mean lower tax rates. He would never do it, but he talked about it. The important thing is, the take-away here is that in July of 2011 Barack Obama articulated the very deal Boehner has offered. After winning reelection last month, Obama said, to hell with that, and jacked up his demand to $1.6 trillion. He wants the Clinton tax rates back, which is close to 40% on the upper earners.

Yesterday Obama said: “It’s just a matter of math. You know, there’s been a lot of talk, that somehow we can raise $800 billion or a trillion dollars worth of revenue just by closing loopholes and deductions. … That’s not a realistic option.”

Let me read these quotes again, back-to-back.

Obama, July 2011: “Give us $1.2 trillion in additional revenues, which could be accomplished without hiking tax rates. It could simply be accomplished by eliminating loopholes, eliminating some deductions and engaging in a tax reform process that could lower rates generally while broadening the base.” That’s July last year.

Yesterday: “It’s just a matter of math. You know, there’s been a lot of talk, that somehow we can raise $800 billion or a trillion dollars worth of revenue just by closing loopholes and deductions. … That’s not a realistic option.”

Okay, so if you’re Boehner and Cantor and these guys, which Obama do you deal with here? My point is you don’t deal. This is like trying to get out of quicksand, herd cats, or swim in Jell-O. Whatever analogy that you want. Now, here’s Boehner. This is also from the press conference this morning.

BOEHNER: This week we made a good-faith offer to avert the fiscal crisis.

RUSH: Yeah.

BOEHNER: And that offer included significant spending cuts and reforms, and it included additional revenue.

RUSH: Yeah.

BOEHNER: And frankly it was the balanced approach that the president’s been asking for. Now we need a response from the White House.

RUSH: He’s accepted the premise. This is my point. Okay, spending cuts will never happen, additional revenue, why don’t we just call it taxes? “We’ve agreed with the president to raise taxes $800 billion.” Why not just say that? Instead of this “new revenue” garbage. We’ve already lost the word “investment.” “Investment” now means tax increase. “Investment” means more private property of yours taken away. If somebody could convince me that our budget problems were because we’re undertaxed then maybe I’d have a different view, but it’s not. We do not have a taxation problem. We have got a wildly out-of-control spending problem. But we’ve just accepted the premise.

By the way, the new revenue that Boehner offered was $800 billion. Boehner offered exactly what Obama asked for last July, and Obama says, “Well, the math doesn’t work out on that.” I’ll tell you what it reminds me of. My first ever contract in this business was in 1986. I started in this business 1967. So essentially it was 20 years before I had a contract. It was a big deal to have contract. Not everybody did. It was a sign that you had advanced climbing the ladder and all that. I didn’t have an agent. I don’t have an agent now. Why give somebody 20%, 5%, whatever, when I can do it myself?

At any rate, I am, quote, unquote, “in negotiations” with the general manager. And we set a meeting. We’re in the middle of the talks, as it is said. We have a meeting scheduled for 7:30 one morning. My program starts at nine. I show up at 7:30, the general manager is in his office on the phone, puts his call on hold, said, “What are you doing here?”

“I’m here for our meeting.”

“We don’t have a meeting.”

“Yeah, we have a contract…”

“No, there’s no meeting.”

“What are you talking about?”

He started thumbing through his calendar. “I don’t have anything on the calendar here. I don’t have time for you today.”

I ran out, I said, “What the hell just happened?” It was a typical ploy. I didn’t know what was going on. We all learn as you go through these things. It didn’t take me long to learn what had happened, but at the moment I’m thinking, “Did I get something wrong?” But what had happened was I had been put totally on the defensive. And what had really been conveyed was, “I don’t care about you. You’re not important. Why do you think I’ve got a meeting with you? Who do you think you are?” That was the message.

Well, that’s all that’s happening here. A year ago Obama had made the comment to Boehner. A year ago, $800 billion, we can raise that if we close loopholes. So Boehner offered it this year. “What are you talking about? The math doesn’t work out. I don’t know what you’re talking about.” But to complete the analogy, if I would have acted then like the Republicans are acting today, I woulda walked out of the general manager’s office, I woulda gone on the radio and started crying about it. “What do you mean? Come on, we were supposed to meet. Will you meet with me?” They’re saying, “We’ve submitted a proposal. All we want is the president to react to our proposal. We’ve done what he wanted. Could he just submit a response?”

I don’t know, maybe they don’t know or maybe they don’t understand or they don’t agree that what the president is trying to do is render them irrelevant. There’s a lot of ego attached to positions of power in Washington, and it may well be that if you’re Speaker of the House, it’s inconceivable somebody would want to render you irrelevant, in your own mind. I don’t know. I’ve never been Speaker of the House. But I know egos. I’ve been surrounded by ‘em all my life and I have a healthy one myself, that’s in check, by the way, contrary to popular opinion. (laughing)

But, again, we’ve ceded the lingo. We’re now calling tax increases revenue. We’ve agreed $800 billion of revenue. We’re accepting the premise that it’s a tax problem and, yeah, and that it’s a balanced approach. And we’re doing this with a guy that we know has run up the national debt $6 trillion in four years. This guy has added to the national debt more than all the previous presidents combined.

Now, the Republicans also have a history, a behavioral pattern you can predict. They believe Obama won the election, that means he should get his judges and he should get his budget, and that’s what it means. And by the same token, when we win elections… except it never works out that way. You never hear the Democrats adopting our language. You never hear the Democrats abandoning their core beliefs and what they believe. In fact, when they lose, you’d be hard-pressed to know it by watching the media and listening to the Democrats each and every day after they lose an election.

Now, you notice that in July of 2011, Obama said that we could raise $1.2 trillion by eliminating loopholes. That’s 50% more than Boehner says they could raise, $800 billion. Obama said you could get $1.2 trillion closing loopholes in July of 2011. So Boehner said, “Okay, well, here’s $800 billion.” Obama said, “No, no, no, math doesn’t work out. You can’t do that. I mean, that would mean eliminating the charitable deduction,” when in fact that’s what he wants to do. You know, I guess my point is if we’re gonna let him have his way, do it. Don’t compromise yourself in the process. And don’t make it look like his way is also yours.

But look, that’s just me, folks, I’m just a guy on the radio here. I’ve never done their job. It’s easy to throw spitballs here from the peanut gallery. But there is a pattern. There is a pattern that’s undeniable here in every debt deal that’s negotiated, be it the debt limit, be it this fiscal cliff, be it the budget. There’s a pattern, and it always involves us relaxing what we believe, due to the premise that we think we’re hated and so we gotta do stuff to make people like us. I still think that’s at the root of a lot of this, plus the fact that they don’t know conservatism. They really aren’t conservatives, and thus taking the occasion, the opportunity to teach it, to be instructive, is really not relevant, either.

Let’s take a brief time-out. We’ll be back, and — there’s other stuff happening out there. We’ll get to it when we get back.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: To prove my point, CNN is overjoyed. Here is their headline for their report on the Boehner press conference. You ready? Quote: “The Rich Will Pay More in Taxes, Boehner Says.” There you have it. And so you see, the Republicans have now agreed with the premise that the problem is that the rich aren’t paying their fair share. We have just agreed with Obama’s campaign premise.

The rich aren’t paying their fair share!

The Republicans have agreed to this, they’ve recognized this, and Boehner says those days are over. “The rich will pay more in taxes.” Now, some of you might be saying, “But, Rush! But, Rush! You know, the media would say that no matter what.” Nope. Not in this case. Not if Boehner and the Republicans had steadfastly opposed raising taxes on anyone. “But, Rush! But, Rush! They can’t win that.”

That’s not the point. The point is what you stand for when this is all said and done. You have something to fall back on and go back to, in order to move forward. We’ve just given away something that used to be part of our brand. “That’s right, Rush, and the brand is what’s killing us. Republicans love the rich, and Boehner knows it.” That could be at the root of this, too. It could be.

These guys, elected Republicans, believe that the average American thinks that the only people the average Republican cares about are the rich. “Let’s get rid of that! Let’s raise taxes on them. To hell with it! I’m sick and tired of being called a friend of the rich.” When in fact it’s Obama who has all the crony capitalist deals with all the rich guys. Could be that. Whatever, it’s defensive. And whatever, it’s reactionary.

It certainly isn’t proactive.

From the article: “Taxes on the wealthy are going up, House Speaker John Boehner conceded on Wednesday in challenging President Barack Obama to sit down with him to hammer out a deal for avoiding the fiscal cliff.” So you see, in the Drive-Bys now we got the framework for a deal! “Finally we’re gonna blame the rich. We should have been doing that all along, and now Boehner’s finally agreed. Okay, now we can move forward.”

They’re blaming the rich.

The last group of people with any money in the private sector have now, officially, been targeted.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: All right, there it is up on CNN; “Obama Demanding Tax Hike on Wealthy,” and of course the Republicans agreed to do that today and actually earlier in the week, by reducing “loopholes.” But Obama’s not gonna be content with that. He wants the rates to go up, too — make no mistake — and they will. Here. I’ve got Obama in his own words, back-to-back. Let’s go July 22nd at the White House. This is Obama, a press briefing on the debt ceiling talks at that time…

OBAMA JULY 22, 2012: What we said was, uh, “Give us 1.2 trillion in additional revenues,” which could be accomplished without hiking tax rates but could simply be accomplished by eliminating loopholes, eliminating some deductions, and engaging in a tax-reform process that could have lowered rates generally by broadening the base.

RUSH: That’s last year, July of last year. “Yeah, we could raise $1.2 trillion just by closing loopholes and eliminating deductions.” Here’s Obama yesterday…

OBAMA DECEMBER 4, 2012: It’s not me being stubborn. It’s not me being partisan. It’s just a matter of math. You know, there’s been a lot of talk that somehow we can raise $800 billion or a trillion dollars worth of revenue just by closing loopholes and deductions.

RUSH: Yeah, you did.

OBAMA DECEMBER 4, 2012: But a lot of your viewers understand, uh, uh, that the only way to do that would be if you completely eliminated, for example, charitable deductions. Well, i-i-i-if you eliminate charitable deductions, that means every hospital and university and not-for-profit agency across the country would suddenly find themselves, uh, on the verge of collapse. So that’s not a realistic option.

RUSH: Yeah?

Last year it was!

Last year it was a totally realistic option, right out of Obama’s mouth.

This year, ain’t no way. You’d have to eliminate ‘em all. And then he says, “Yeah, and what’s wrong with that? Hee-hee-hee-hee. I’ll gladly be the sole benefactor for hospitals! I’ll gladly be the sole benefactor for universities. I’ll gladly be the sole benefactor for nonprofits.” That’s what he wants, anyway.

Doug in Seattle. I’m glad you waited. Great to have you on the program, sir. Hi.

CALLER: Good morning, Rush, from sunny liberty sicko Seattle.

RUSH: Yes, sir. Welcome to the program.

CALLER: Well, 23, 24-year-listener, first-time caller, first time I’ve ever called a radio show in my life.

RUSH: Oh, I’m honored.

CALLER: Got through to Snerdley on like the third ring, so unbelievable.

RUSH: Well, I’m glad you made it. Thank you, sir.

CALLER: Thanks. Well, I agree that any tax hikes by Obama or the Republicans for that matter is not gonna solve anything, but I have an idea for a very simple plan, very understandable by even the American people. I know that’s a tough nut to crack, and could put Obama in a bind. And here’s the plan. Are you ready?

RUSH: I’m ready.

CALLER: Very simple. You redefine middle class to about four to 500 K. That gives the people in the high cost areas, New York, California, Washington state, you know, which really is middle class in a lot of those places, gets them into the middle class. You lower the tax rates for the middle class down to 15 or 20%.

RUSH: They already are.

CALLER: The maximum you’re gonna pay is 15 or 20. If you want to make it lower for people in the lower middle class, or lower class, that’s great, no problem. And here’s the biggest thing. Any savings by the middle class, capital gains and gains they make, capital gains, dividends, interest if they have money in a bank or they own a bond –

RUSH: Okay –

CALLER: — anything they make in savings is tax-free, no tax ever.

RUSH: I’ve got to take a break here, but I’ve actually thought of something similar to that. Be back in just a second.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: If there was no tax on savings, like our previous caller said, you’d have to get out of the way for all the capital flooding into this country. Why do you think people go offshore, is to escape this kind of stuff. There are clearly all kinds of ways to build up this economy. Obama’s not interested and the Republicans ought not participate with him in his ideas.

Susan Rice Should Not Get Promoted – She Should be Canned for Malfeasance

December 1, 2012 in Abuse of Power, Benghazi Coverup, Benghazi Gate, Bill Clinton, Congress, Diplomacy, Foreign Policy, Israel, Liars, Middle East Peace, National Security, Political Deception, President Obama, Propaganda, radical islam, US Foreign Policy by Admin1

Who is Susan Rice?

We first hear about Susan Rice During Michael Dukakis’s 1988 bid for president, where  she served as a foreign policy aide.

She later served in various capacities in the Clinton Administration from 1993 t0 2001. Secretary of State  Madeleine Albright who was a long time mentor and family friend to Rice, urged President Clinton, in 1997, to appoint her as  Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs. She served as the 12th Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs from 1997 to 2001.

In 2002, she joined the Brookings Institution as senior-fellow in the Foreign Policy program. In an article in  the Daly Bell, the Brookings Institution is described  “…like other think tanks, the Brookings Institute’s real purpose is to justify big government for the power elite.”

In january, 2009, Susan Rice  became the 27th United States Ambassador to the United Nations for the  Barack Obama Administration.

As a result of recent Congressional criticism about  her handling of the Administrations Benghazi Debacle, Susan Rice’s career has come under scrutiny with some very disturbing conclusions and had John McCain calling her “Unfit” for the job.

In a November 29th Wall Street Journal Article , The Trouble With Susan Rice - The would-be secretary of state’s record on Iran, Israel, human rights and more  by Anne Bayefsky and Michael B. Mukasey, they point out her utter diplomatic disregard for Israel’s  case against a Nuclear Iran as follows:

“Senators might also explore Ms. Rice’s broader record at the U.N. Why, for example, did she think it was appropriate to absent herself from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s September speech to the General Assembly, the purpose of which was to offer the global community a painstaking explanation of why Iran must be stopped before it can weaponize its growing stock of enriched uranium.”

And finally Richard Grenell has researched and published:

30 Reasons Why Susan Rice Should Not Get Promoted

By Richard Grenell Thursday, November 29, 2012

Ambassador Susan Rice had nothing to do with Benghazi, as President Obama told us, but she appeared on five Sunday political talk shows anyway. On those shows, Rice mouthed talking points that weren’t true. We now know that the talking points did not match the intel reports, which she had complete access to. While the national media debates whether or not she knowingly mislead the public on the Sunday shows, her failings and shortcomings before the Benghazi terrorist attacks have not received the attention they deserve.

Here are 30 reasons (that have nothing to do with Benghazi) why Susan Rice should not get a promotion.

1. failed to call an emergency meeting of the Security Council after the 2010 Haiti earthquake
2. skipped the Security Council debate and vote to add new UN Peacekeepers in Haiti after the earthquake
3. led the US during the most inactive Security Council since 1991 during her first year as Ambassador
4. held her first press conference with the UN Secretary General on the pressing international issue of texting while driving
5. failed to speak out when Col. Gaddafi’s Libya was elected to the UN Human Rights Commission
6. waited 17 months before voting on the one and only UN resolution on Iran passed during her tenure
7. dismissed by Hillary Clinton from negotiating most of the Iran resolution with the French
8. lost the support of more nations on her one Iran resolution than the previous five Iran resolutions combined
9. took 103 days to move the Security Council to issue a statement after a North Korean submarine sank the South Korean ship that killed 46 sailors
10. took 18 days to lead the Security Council to action after a North Korean nuclear test (it took John Bolton 5 days in 2006)
11. failed to support the Iranian opposition during their Green Revolution
12. failed to speak out when Iran was elected to the UN Women’s Commission
13. skipped the UN Security Council’s emergency meeting on the Gaza flotilla crisis
14. snubbed Israel to the point they skipped President Obama’s 2010 UN speech
15. took more than 2 years to find someone to head America’s UN reform team
16. failed to address the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change to ascertain how erroneous scientific claims were added to official UN reports
17. painfully slow in getting a UN resolution on the Sudan-South Sudan referendum
18. ignored Canada’s pleas for help in getting elected to the Security Council
19. negotiated with the UN’s Arab Group to condemn Israel’s settlements
20. failed to lead the Security Council during Tunisia’s Arab Spring protests
21. didn’t speak out on the Libya crisis until the French, British and Arab League had done so
22. failed to attend the first Security Council meeting on the Arab Spring protests
23. failed to get the support of allies India, Germany and Brazil on the UN’s Libya resolution
24. failed to lead the Security Council during Egypt’s Arab Spring protests
25. failed to lead the Security Council during Yemen’s Arab Spring protests
26. failed to lead the Security Council to confront Bashar al-Assad’s brutal violence where US resolutions received an unprecedented three vetoes on three different votes
27. agreed to send former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan to Syria where he failed miserably
28. skipped the last open meeting before the planned UN vote to recognize Palestinian statehood
29. failed to speak out when Iran was elected vice president of the Global Arms Treaty negotiations
30. delayed Security Council action and the UN report on Rwanda

Republicans and Taxes

False congressional fiscal conservatives begin to reveal their true selves.

Andrew Napolitano | November 29, 2012

When President Obama won re-election last month by a larger margin than even his most fervent supporters had expected, though with fewer popular votes than he received in 2008, most commentators initially opined that not much had changed in Washington. The president would remain in the White House for another four years, the Democrats would keep control of the Senate, and the House would stay in Republican hands. Most Republicans re-elected to both houses of Congress had publicly pledged not to vote to raise taxes under any circumstances. And most of those Republicans have adhered to that promise—until now.

Over the Thanksgiving weekend, the false congressional fiscal conservatives in the Republican Party began to reveal their true selves. Led by the Republican presidential standard bearer in 2008, Arizona Sen. John McCain, at least a half-dozen Republican members of Congress have renounced their public promises never to vote to raise taxes. In the case ofC Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., Congressman and Senator-elect Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., and Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., they had restated their promises, directly or indirectly, as recently as last month during their successful campaigns. Did they blatantly dupe the voters?  Did they genuinely change their minds? Did they ever sincerely accept the pro-freedom anti-tax logic?

The Founders certainly embraced the pro-freedom anti-tax logic, as they gave us a Constitution that barred the federal government from imposing any direct tax on any persons. That was part of the genius of the document. If the feds really needed cash, they’d need to tax the states. If the states were feeling over-taxed, they could block federal taxes in the Senate, where for 135 years senators were chosen by state governments as delegates to the Senate, rather than elected by voters. This procedure, too, was part of the Founders’ genius. It came about in order to assure a place at the federal table for the states, many of which were older than the federal government and all of which retained their sovereignty when they voluntarily joined the union. This procedure for choosing senators was also a check on the growth of the federal government.

Those constitutional provisions were cast aside during the progressive era about 100 years ago, when, during a period of just five years, the Constitution was amended so that the states lost their place at the federal table and Congress could tax incomes, and the feds got a new printing press for cash in the form of the Federal Reserve.

I have described this dreadful time in our history in my new book, Theodore and Woodrow: How Two American Presidents Destroyed Constitutional Freedom. They did so by inverting the concept of limited government. With the exception of Abraham Lincoln, every president from George Washington to TR’s predecessor, William McKinley, accepted the truism that the federal government is one of limited powers, and it may only in engage in behavior that is specifically authorized by the Constitution or reasonably inferable therefrom.

Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson, who ran against each other and who hated each other, turned this value on its head. They jointly argued that the Constitution does not mean what it says and is not the Supreme Law of the Land as it states. They held that the federal government can do whatever it wishes unless those wishes are expressly prohibited by the Constitution.

For 100 years, the Republican Party resisted the progressive onslaught. As recently as this past election just a few weeks ago, Republicans argued that increased tax revenue, whether from increased tax rates or from decreased tax deductions, effectively moves wealth from the productive sector and delivers it to the consuming sector—which would be the government.

This argument is really one of the basic laws of economics, so why are Republicans now rejecting it? I suspect that they are drunk with power and have concluded that they—just like Obama did—can assure their re-elections, their continued possession of governmental power, if they deliver bigger pieces of the federal pie to the folks back home. Stated differently, they are unwilling to address a system that soon will deliver more in entitlement payments and interest payments on government debt than it collects in revenue by reducing the entitlements, shrinking the government, cutting the debt, returning to the confines of the Constitution and letting hardworking Americans retain what is theirs. Instead, they now want to raise federal taxes.

They would be unwise to try to pull this off—and would be wise to recall recent history. The last Republican president to pledge “Read my lips. NO NEW TAXES” and then violate that promise was dispatched by the voters to a hotel suite in Houston, rather than to four more years in the White House. I bet George Herbert Walker Bush today would stick to his pledge.

Andrew P. Napolitano, a former judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, is the senior judicial analyst at Fox News Channel. Judge Napolitano has written seven books on the U.S. Constitution. The most recent isTheodore and Woodrow: How Two American Presidents Destroyed Constitutional Freedom.

30 States Residents Petition To Secede From The Union!

November 14, 2012 in America's Collapse, Congress, Constitutional, DICTATORSHIP, Election, Government, Hope and Change, Immigration, Obama's America 2016, Politics, President Obama, The Stakes for the 2012 Election, Union, United States Constitution, United States Sovereignty by carlos

Citizens in over 30 states have so far started petitions at the White House “We the People” website seeking permission to secede from the Union. The number is more than double what we reported Monday morning. Two competing petitions seeking deportation and exile of everyone who signed the petitions have also appeared.

The states now include California, Kansas, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Alaska, Ohio and Delaware. California, Ohio and Delaware voted for Obama in the recent election.   The White House web site is not the only place where such petitions are showing up.   “A massive number of petitions are currently circulating on Change.org, a website designed to call for action by the federal government or by private institutions on particular causes, calling for particular states to be granted permission to secede,” The Blaze reported Monday. als)

As you may know, it has become increasingly difficult for individuals and groups to read or hear responsible reporting  of political events publicized through our national news channels. With few exceptions, it would also appear that with Benghazi-gate, America’s  “Free Press” has finally fully succumbed to  a political party’s “Propaganda Machine” and has now become  fully immersed as a willing co-conspirator  in  suppressing politically sensitive  misconduct.

Consequently, it has once again come own to us as individuals, who have access and knowledge of these misconducts, to spread the alarm and inform family and friends before our Capitalist Republic is transformed into a 3d world Socialist Dictatorship.
