Before you read further, here are some interesting factoids:

     1. Hollow point bullets are banned for international warfare by the Hague Convention Therefore, they can only be used within the domestic US and our territories by DHS.

“Despite the ban on military use, hollow-point bullets are one of the most common types of civilian and police ammunition, due largely to the reduced risk of bystanders being hit by over-penetrating or ricocheted bullets, and the increased speed of incapacitation. In many jurisdictions, even ones such as the United Kingdom, where expanding ammunition is generally prohibited, it is illegal to hunt certain types of game with ammunition that does not expand.[4][5] Some target ranges forbid full metal jacket ammunition, due to its greater tendency to damage metal targets and backstops.[6]“

2.During active battle operations in Iraq, ammunition was expended at the rate of 5.5 million rounds per month. That amounts to 66 million rounds annualy in an active war zone. Further, 450 million rounds amounts to 6.6 years of battle operations in an active war zone.

    3. As you heard from Obama himself, he said that “We can not continue to rely only on our military in order to achive the national security objectives that we have set. We’ve got ta have a civilian national security force that is just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.”

    4. The US population today is 313,558,411. 450 million rounds amounts to 1.4 round for every man, women and child in the US.

We simply cannot allow another 4-years of of dictatorial obamanations like ObamaCare. Do you remember how this legislation came about? There was the “Cornhusker kickback”, the “Louisiana purchase”, and the “Florida flim-flam”. Then $500B was stolen from the senior Medicare program. It has already resulted in a large number of our MA Medicare Advantage plans being canceled. Then there are the inside deals like the Obama Administration’s buying off AARP’;s Medigap plans because they campaigned for Obamacare. This exemption is estimated to provide AARP with over $1B in profit over 10 years.

Then there are the other perpetrators like Nancy Pelosi who retorted when asked what is in the ObamaCare legislation, “We have to pass the bill so you can find out what is in it.”

The saga continues with the Obama Administration’s trampling of our 1st Amendment right of Freedom of Religion with Administrative Law. This has resulted in the Franciscan University in Steubensville, Ohio’s cancellation of health Insurance.

We can’t simply talk to the choir. We must explain these issues to our Liberal and Independent friends and family.

A Catholic university in Ohio said Tuesday it is being forced to end a student health insurance program over increased costs it claims are associated with President Obama’s contraception mandate and other provisions of the health care overhaul.

Franciscan University in Steubensville, Ohio, said it has so far excluded contraceptive services and products from its health insurance policy for students and will not participate in a plan that “requires us to violate the consistent teachings of the Catholic Church on the sacredness of human life.”

A university official told Fox News Radio the students’ basic $600 policy was going to double in cost in the fall and triple next year and that the school’s insurance provider said the increases were the result of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The school cited the contraception mandate, but also a requirement that the maximum coverage amount be increased to $100,000 for policyholders

The answer is an overwhelming fear for the Dollar and our Country’s financial viability, over a suspicion that Bernake and the Fed are supplying “…massive secret currency swap agreements[ To the European Central Bank (ECB) ] that are involving American citizens in huge risks. If the Euro collapses,American Citizens will suffer the losses. And this is what happened in Germany in 1926. It is urgent, absolutely urgent that we have an Audit of the Fed. Even Congress doesn’t know what is going on and they are our elected Representatives.

Just when the bruises from a tough primary were beginning to heal, and some conservatives were starting to give Mitt Romney a second look in the aftermath of yesterday’s five-state primary sweep, comes word the moderate former Massachusetts Governor has the same policy as President Obama does on federally subsidized student loan interest rates.

House Republicans have said the estimated $6 billion annual cost of extending low-interest rates for student loans isn’t affordable without offsetting cuts, but that they are still deciding whether to support a temporary extension. Obama has started pushing Congress for the extension and planned a three-state tour this week to warn students of the potential financial catastrophe they will face if Congress fails to act.

Apparently Romney’s strategy for the fall campaign will be, “if you can’t out bid Obama, at least join him.”

Romney’s announcement that he supports an extension of the cheap interest rate on federal student loans pulls the rug out from under conservatives in the House who have been trying with little success to reduce spending and balance the budget – even if it takes 30 years via the Ryan Plan.

We have a bit of sympathy for young people who were sold a bill of goods by an education industry that convinced them there is actually a job market for degrees in folklore and performance art and who are now stuck with student loans that run to six figures.

However, Romney’s attempt to out-Obama Obama on student loans is a perfect illustration of how Greece got where it is, and why we are headed in the same direction.

In Greece, until the meltdown, practically everybody got a subsidy or a paycheck for something from the government. The politics were such that the trend was ever upward – once the subsidies started they could never be reduced or even slowed due to political pressure.

We have the same problem here in the U.S. and at some point soon some principled patriots will have to make the case to their fellow Americans that it has to stop. Having offsetting cuts doesn’t end or slow the student loan subsidy, but at least it doesn’t allow it to increase our ruinous deficit and debt.

No doubt Romney and his establishment Republican advisors think of this as “moving to the center” for the fall election. We call it stiffing the conservatives in Congress and pandering on the road to fiscal perdition – as well as a perfect illustration of why conservatives should remain deeply skeptical of the Romney candidacy.

“Barack Obama was born of Marxists; mentored by a communist writer and activist during his formative years; spent his college days hanging around Marxist professors and activists; worked as a radical community organizer, using the radical tactics of the communist, Alinsky; attended a radical church; was introduced to Chicago politics by a communist in the home of two communists; and now lends his political skill to the international goals of radical activists. He had radicals on his campaign, and has them in his administration. The simple fact is, since the age of 12, the people closest to Obama have been active, radical Marxists, and dues-paying members of the Communist Party USA.”

2) The Black Panther voter-intimidation scandal

3) Ben Johnson says Barack Obama has provided yet more proof that only his administration’s allies enjoy the equal protection of the law;

The List of injustices by the Justice Department , goes on and on…

“A new book promises to blow the lid off this case, claiming that the White House and the DOJ were behind the operation and then conspired to cover up what was actually an effort to advance an anti-gun agenda”

In other words the claim is that the White House [White House Translated =Obama] and the DOJ [Translated =Attorney General Eric Holder] were plotting a way around YOUR Constitutional 2nd Amendment Right to “…keep and bear arms”

In a January 13, 2009 Fox News article by John Lott, titled Eric Holder: Gun Grabber, John Lott wrote before Eric Holders Confirmation Hearings that:

“Just last year in a brief to the Supreme Court, Holder argued that “the Second Amendment did not protect an individual right to keep and bear arms,” that it only protected government militias’ rights to guns. He claimed that the Second Amendment posed no obstacle to implementing gun bans.”

In a Weekly Standard article by Jennifer Rubin on Jan 31, 2011, The Decline of the Justice Department, Jennifer S writes:

“Former attorney general Michael Mukasey is not prone to hyperbole. He’s a former federal judge, a meticulous lawyer, and, as he proved in succeeding Alberto Gonzales, a skilled administrator who restored morale to a Justice Department demoralized by scandals (real or concocted). He is also obviously nonplussed by the performance of his successor, Attorney General Eric Holder. In a far-ranging interview, he candidly asserts that Holder’s conduct in several key respects has been “amazing.” That’s not meant as a compliment.”

It is the most powerful federal agency you’ve never heard of — and lawmakers from both parties on Thursday vowed to keep abreast of its astonishing growth and rein it in, if necessary.

New Post

. Technically housed under the Treasury Department, the agency has until now received its funding not from the Congress, but directly from the Federal Reserve.

Starting in July, the OFR Fiscal Year 2013 budget, estimated at $158 million, will be funded entirely through assessments — also known as taxes — on bank-holding firms with consolidated assets worth at least $50 billion.

But as became clear at Thursday’s hearing by the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, a close reading of the law the president signed provides no limit on the growth of OFR’s budget, nor on the taxes the agency can impose on big banks to fund it.

“We’ll call you on it,” said Rep. Michael Capuano, D-Mass., warning what would happen if he and his colleagues see the agency growing too large.

Yet the Congress’ prospects for doing that are at present limited, as it holds no power of the purse over OFR. Detractors call it “the CIA of financial regulators,” and conjure “Orwellian” visions of “an omniscient Soviet-style central risk manager.”

The agency’s official mission is to collect financial data and funnel it to another Dodd-Frank creation: the Financial Stability Oversight Council. These agencies were designed with the idea of preventing another systemic shock of Lehman Brothers magnitude.

Toward that end, OFR was invested with virtually unlimited subpoena power. It can compel just about any company in America to turn over to the federal government sensitive internal data, even proprietary information.

“We’re only going to be collecting the data that we absolutely need, to fulfill our mission,” testified Michele Shannon, the new agency’s chief operating officer. “We’re trying to fill data gaps. We’re not going to be collecting for collection’s sake. We’re going to be making sure that only those people who absolutely need to have access to sensitive data have that access.”

But Republicans on the panel remained skeptical about the potential for abuses of power.

“You’re able to tax corporations without any oversight by the U.S. Congress,” said Rep. Steve Pearce, R-New Mex. “Our Constitution is pretty clear, and so if we’re a little scratchy on our side, just understand it’s because you’re conducting things that we feel like are completely unconstitutional.”

Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., questioned both the need for OFR to exist and its ability to protect adequately the sensitive data it will collect through its subpoena power.

“Your agency…seems to think it can outsmart Wall Street, if they have enough extra people and enough software, that they can see where the next problem is going to be,” Posey said at Thursday’s hearing. “But everyone with half a brain in this country saw the last problem way before it burst. We knew there was a subprime crisis; it was just a matter of how long it would be before it burst.”

Posey also noted that the computer systems of some national defense agencies have been hacked. “I wonder whether or not you’ll be able to have a safer process than some of them did,” he said.

One of the panel’s most liberal members, Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., normally alarmed by unbridled expansions of subpoena power, defended OFR, citing the experience of the Great Recession. “I hope that all my colleagues agree that having, consolidating, and understanding this complex financial data would be key to preventing another systemic risk,” she said

“Last week in a statement, the Greater Boston Tea Party appealed to members not to attend the event on the Common. The statement said the Mass Tea Party Coalition appears to focus mainly on social issues, including opposition to gay marriage and abortion.

“We want to grow our numbers, not exclude people,’’ Christine Morabito, president of the Greater Boston Tea Party, said in Worcester Sunday.

Bridget Fay, an organizer of the rally on the Common, said the Greater Boston group is wrong to completely separate social and fiscal issues.

“Often, social liberalism is quite expensive,’’ Fay said.

She described the coalition’s approach to activism as “more of an all-of-the-above’’ strategy welcoming social and fiscal conservatives. Fay hedged when asked if she thought the coalition could work with the Greater Boston group to pursue shared political goals.

“It depends on whether or not they want to,’’ she said”.

The speakers at the Boston rally did touch on social issues, but they also addressed such hot-button policy items as the national health overhaul passed in 2010 that is currently the subject of a landmark US Supreme Court case.

Texas congressman Louie Gohmert, the keynote speaker in Boston, decried the law during his remarks.

“Obamacare means the government has the right to control everything,’’ he told the crowd, which included many participants who carried signs with slogans such as “Freedom Not Socialism.’’

The above Quotes excerpted from the Boston Globe Dual rallies highlight fracture in Mass. Tea Party

The Occupoopers attempted to disrupt, intimidate and halt all of the speakers from expressing their 1st Amendment Right of “..freedom of speech” They trampled all over our rights and even brazenly cut off our power through an unguarded door to the Bandstand. This is what happens when a political establishment kowtows to anarchists because of a political agenda. Even though we had a legal permit and were assured beforehand by Boston Police administrators that our area could not be penetrated, a sole police sergeant on duty allowed the Occupoopers onto our Permitted Area thereby allowing them to attempt to perpetrate their mayhem. However, our speakers exemplified the theme of this year’s Patriot Day Rally, “Patriot Courage” and carried on unabashed, troopers that they are.
